Specialties
Convergence Design (CD) consults with architectural firms and individuals to provide design, drafting, building permitting, and construction supervision. Projects include single-family and multi-family homes, commercial retails, offices, landscaping, and art displays.
History
Established in 2007.
As Project Architect I joined Techentin Buckingham Architecture in Los Angeles to oversee the design and development of building documentation for mixed-use and multi-family projects, as well as highly customized private projects.
In 2006 I moved to the Bay Area where I consult with architectural firms such as Ohashi Design Studio, InsideOut, James Neubert Architects and Plum Architects to conduct code research, building permit submissions and CD production for residential, commercial and educational projects. I have worked with several regulatory agencies throughout the Bay Area and I am very familiar with different permit procedures.
