Anna gets 5 stars for her skills and great personality. It is always nice to get really great work from a professional as well as a really enthusiastic mentality to accompany her skills.
I am a busy professional and competitive amateur athlete currently racing iron man distances. This really break down the body with a demanding training schedule. This has made me realize that massage is not just a luxury but absolutely required to keep me from injury. Anna’s approach helps me not only feel better but perform better. She goes beyond the «fluffy» spa based approach which I have nothing against by the way. But her specificity really targets my problem areas.
Following her massages I warm up quicker, feel more mobile and have been decreasing my times and getting faster. For a triathlete that wall that matters! :))) I feel less obligated to cross my fingers that I do not get injured. I have Anna as part of my injury prevention team now. Loving it!
