I love it here ! Always makes me feel welcomed and pampered :) came here today with my two coworker during our break, they accommodated us with our time and got us in and out within the hour (without feeling rushed). We were all satisfied with our nails!

Laura did it again! Saw a style that I want from a site. So I bought that picture to Laura and had her try. I am more than satisfy. She is an artist.

They did a fabulous job and let me stay past 7PM without making me feel rushed. Lovely place, lovely people.

I went to creative nail care for my bridal nails and was so impressed! They took the picture I showed them and recreated it, but even better! I asked for glitter ombré, which is no easy feat. When it wasn’t quite coming out correctly, special glitter was brought from the back that gave the exact right look. Thank you creative nail care for giving me a big relief and exhale on the way to my big day. Once my nails were badass, I felt like I could take on everything!

Moved from Hayes Valley to NB and still come back to Laura for nail art! She is the best!

This is the best nail salon in the city! They do the best work and the people are warm, friendly and down to earth. So rare for a nail salon! I almost didn’t want to write a review because I don’t want it to get more popular, but they truly deserve it. They are great!

Unsure of who did my nails but she was awesome! We talked the whole time and I feel awful I never got her name. Anyways, I’d never been here before and was looking to try a new place. This salon is amazing! It’s a little small but I find it cozy :)
I got gel polish on a new set of acrylics and hunty, they slaaaayyyyedddd my nails to the heavens in honor of Prince may he rest in peace. It was $ 65 which is a little pricey for me but if you’re cool with that, go for it! I love creative nails now :)

I love this nail salon! Laura is the best and she always does what I ask. I have been coming here for over 4 years and it’s the best. I now live in Half Moon Bay and still make the trek over the hill for this place. Laura and her employees are always very nice and accommodating.
I always get some kind of artwork on my nails and they draw everything by hand. It always turns out so good.
They take appointments and walk-​ins. But it’s best to make an appointment as they are always busy.

I tried to give this place another chance. I recently came back to get a full set acrylic. It was the worst job I’ve ever seen. I feel like I got ripped off. They charged so much for such a hurried and ugly job. I’m really upset because $ 45 is a lot of money and this place don’t care about their craft. I don’t recommend this place. You are better off walking a few more blocks towards Hayes St for a better nail job and the same price.

I found this place on Unilocal.Its a nice place, a little small but thats ok. And you get to sit and relax in the big comfy chairs. Laura was very nice and and she did a great job on my hard gel nails. She was explaining to me the difference between gel, silk wrap and acrylic. Theres a couple bubbles on my nails but i guess i cant ask for it to be perfect. But they still look nice!

— Everyone here is very kind and friendly towards one another (the staff) and also to the clients (of course). I know this because I speak Vietnamese and it’s clear that it’s a respectful environment that I think (and hope) that people get well-​treated in
— These people work HARD. From the moment that I walked in the door, the place was buzzing with attentiveness. I also happened to step in the moment that the boss came in, and from that moment that he stepped into the store to the moment that I left, I watched him hustle non-​stop as he tended to clients, made sure that the techs were comfortable and had what they needed (doing things as simple as removing the tubs of water out of the way for the techs to move in and work comfortably, to rearranging spaces to ensure that there was room). This guy is QUICK and so attentive.
I’m definitely in support of this place, and hope that they continue to thrive. While I was here, there were customers who were clearly regulars, and it was nice to see them relaxed and comfortable with smiles on their faces as a result of the work that is done here at Creative Nail Care. Cheers to your team! I’ll be back.

Small and sorta cramped. But the service is amazing! Ask for Laura and call for an appointment. I got gel mani and a regular pedi for 63 but it was a treatyoself and prep myself for the long distance bf sorta thing.
Staff is super nice and Laura is super sweet and is magical with nails. I didn’t have long enough nails for what I wanted but she made it work !

Best nail salon in SF! If you live in or near Hayes Valley, I highly recommend this nail salon. They are open until 7PM every night and are always accommodating (even when you don’t have an appointment).

I’ve only been here twice, but the results both times were absolutely stunning! These women are very hardworking, dedicated, and skilled! My only tips would be don’t go if you want something wild or with nail decoration, and the color selection is a little slim, and also make sure to call ahead! They’re fine with walk ins but when they get busy, the work gets a little sloppy.

This is not my usual nail place. I usual go to Simply Unique or Final Touch 2. They are both great, but this place is slightly better although they all have perks.
They were able to take an appointment for my friend and I the night before, and even opened 15 mins early to take us. We arrived and were greeted kindly, and they got started right away. The main reason I was so pleased initially was that they are able to do acrylics and pedis at the same time. I’ve never had acrylics done in a real chair and it was lovely, as I usually have to sit at the table and get a pedicure after. They don’t use machines on the nails to file which is nice. This helps because it seems to be slightly less painful than when machines are used. They actually listened to what shape I wanted too, which many places don’t. It was the quickest acrylic I’ve ever had and I’ve had them all over the world in the biggest cities. Not only was it quick, but it looks amazing. The manager (didn’t catch his name) is so funny, and kind. He’s also nice to his staff which is refreshing. I will definitely go back, because the price was unbelievably reasonable.

I been coming here for over a year and always love the work these ladies do.
I always get a gel mani, pedicure, and eye brows wax. I’m a nurse so I wash my hands a lot, yet my gel mani lasts over 3 weeks.
Laura is a great business owner and really works hard to make sure this place is awesome and that you leave happy.
If you go after 3, I’d make an appointment. They are always book up fast.

Definitely not your fancy nail salon but its decently priced for the neighborhood and they get the job done. The place is clean and they have a pretty good selection of nail polish. I’ve been here 3 times — twice for a full set of acrylics and once for a fill. A full set of acrylics is $ 40 with card and $ 38 if you pay with cash. For the fill and to replace a broken nail, I think I paid about $ 29 in cash. Tip must be paid in cash. They also have a punch card where you get a free manicure after 10 visits, which is always a plus!
Laura is definitely my favorite! I broke one of my nails on Saturday and called to ask if I could be seen immediately. Usually I would’ve been okay waiting for an appointment later in the week but I was having a girls night out that night and also had a work meeting on Monday so I was desperate. Laura squeezed me in 30 minutes before her next appointment and did an amazing job! I will definitely be back and will always request for Laura! :)
Minus 1 star because I had another lady do my nails once and my nails on my right hand were longer than my left.

This will be my second time frequenting this lovely place. My experience both times were great, but this time, it was excellent!
I was fortunate enough to get in the same day (I called at 11am to schedule an apt at 5pm, and was in luck!) I walked in about 5−7min early and my technician was able to start my pedicure early .
I sat down and she provided me with a back pillow, remote for the massage, offered me candy, and placed three nice magazines on my lap – yes!!! I was in heaven at this point, especially since I had (1) just came back from Europe where I walked 3 – 4 miles a day for two weeks, and (2) I had just gotten off of work and was looking forward to relaxing.
My tech did a quick, yet thorough job. Everything was done as expected. My color came out brilliant and vivid.
She was very sweet and gentle on my toes.
The atmosphere is very relaxing and not much loud chatter, which I can appreciate after working all day!
Lastly, you save 5% if you pay in cash! So guess what? I paid in cash!!! I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Love this salon. The owner works and the salon and the ladies love working for her. It shows when the ladies give such wonderful customer service.
The ladies have lots of experience and my nail color last long time. Elaine is a natural artist and replicated a picture I brought in with gel polish (see pic). She used six different polishes. She also gave me a hand massage that usually isn’t included w gel. I had my upper lip waxed for $ 8.
I had a mani/​gel and pedi by Tammy who is such a sweet woman with lots of experience and made sure that before I left the salon she put seran wrap on my toes so the color did not rub off in my uggs.
I will continue to come back to this salon.

I made a rezzie for my co worker and I for a Friday noon appointment. I was planning to skip lunch and get my nails done. Eating is overrated, right? LOL. Actually I was just in a desperate need for a mani.
$ 20 for a regular french mani is decently priced in this neighborhood. The nail technician who did my nails worked diligently. However, I was not too happy with how she did my french mani. Maybe, french nails are not her strongest suit. She was sweet. She pulled down the sleeves of my shirt so I won’t get cold while I wait for my nails to dry. She also asked if I wanted to read some magazines as well.
This small nail salon is conveniently located near my work. And the nail tools are clean. And if you pay with cash, there is a small discount. Also, get a stamp card!
