I have bought Crocs for years but this year I ordered a pair that did not work out. I returned them in December and have yet to receive my refund. After telephoning them several times I was told I was finally sent the refund a few weeks ago (Feb). When I said it was not in my bank account they said I would have to provide bank statements to them to prove it. Obviously it is their job to show me proof they have sent a refund. At this point I will have to absorb the loss as I do not provide an incompetent company with my personal bank statements. Customers beware!
