Best coffee I’ve found and great service! Every time I try a different coffee place, I am disappointed and kick myself for not going to Cumaica.

The staff were extremely friendly; the tuna sandwich fresh w a reasonable price, eggs well boiled, tea excellent, & trash receptacles plentiful as well as clean, a few tables weren’t wiped down but overall cleanliness good, bathroom well maintained & stocked, & the atmosphere pleasant. I’d recommend this location.

My favorite place for my breakfast just near my work. I usually take an Americano($ 2.5) here, delicious maybe a little bit too hot. I love their sandwiches, the best one is undoubtedly the turkey pesto($ 6). They also have a Yoghurt Parfait, a bit pricy($ 4,5) but delightful. The prices get more and more expensive(because of Twitter just near?) but way better than Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and there’s a WiFi(password on your receipt) but unfortunately just for 30mins. :) 4 stars!

This coffee shop is very near from my home. I like their bagels and i buy from them a lot of times. So today i thought give them a 5 star review to support my local business. Their prices are very affordable…

I came here after searching«best wifi cafes to do work,» and this looked pleasant and bright. Good enough food I suppose, But having only three outlets, requiring a purchase to use wifi, and having it time-limited on top of that? Won’t come here to work again.

This place is on my way to my bus stop, and every time I go, I always get that darn tomato mozzarella panini toasted to go. It is SODELICIOUS. I’ve tried a few of their coffees, their iced coffee is my favorite. Now that it’s winter, I’ll get a triple non-fat latte(normal latte has 2 shots, no matter what size — it’s good, but 3 is what I need at 7am). Can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve been coming here regularly for over 2 ½ years and due to recent service over the past few weeks, I am swearing off ever coming back. I’m sick of getting bagels with unripe tomatoes. I’m sick of getting bagels that are either burnt, or virtually untoasted. I’m sick of having to tell the employees what I want every single time even though I literally order the exact same thing every time I come in, and I’ve been here over a hundred times. But above all, I’m sick of buying coffee and getting *a cup of hot water that vaguely tastes like coffee*, which is what their drip coffee has become over the past month or so. I took a sip this morning and decided I was not dealing with this BS again, I asked for it to be exchanged for an americano. I get an americano in BOILINGWATER… are you kidding me? …that is too hot for me to drink. I let it cool off while I’m at work, take a sip, and it’s even more watery and flavorless than the drip. I’ve been patronizing this place long enough, while leaving tips, and asking to switch the coffee this morning is literally the only hassle I’ve ever given them in over a hundred times coming here. I don’t care how convenient its location is being a block away from work, and that they have both bagels and coffee, which is what keeps me alive in the morning. I’m just done. I’ve had it with this place. Never coming back.

I’ve been to a lot of coffee places and this places wins hands down with customer service and speed. Let’s face it I need my coffee stat before work. Most places make you wait. Here the staff move quickly and get my your coffee fast. Good prices. Good coffee, strong but not bitter. I highly recommend.

The ambiance is really nice but thier staff is ok. They aren’t mean but not friendly either. I’d rather go to a diff cofee shop if this wasn’t the only thing near CIIS that’s open late. They sell mostly pastries and bagels which is ok. I wished they sold gf products but I don’t think they do. They are also very anal about the use of thier WiFi which is stupid. You get certain minutes and the code will be on your receipts. Is it always like that at cofee shops in SF? We just moved here so I’m not sure. I got thier turkey wrap which is better than what I expected. I also got an iced coffee which was ok. I wish that thier employees are friendlier. It would change how I think about the café itself.

The staff here is extremely friendly, and they have a family feel. Food is perfect for a small, light breakfast on the run. They play country music in the mornings sometimes. Their locally roasted coffee beans are also really good to take home. Nothing too fancy, but they’re fast and friendly. This is my go-to!

It was ok coffee. A cute spot. Nice place to hold meetings. But nothing special. The service isn’t bad, and the ladies who work there are very nice. Good grab and go food. The coffee and so on is best in the morning time. It’s a nice place to sit and I find myself coming back again and again.

I like this place, given the location. It’s near my office and not super expensive. I’ve had decaf lattes there and banana bread. Both really good. The service is awesome!

Update 12÷19÷14 I’ve been coming here twice a day since I’ve started working in the new building right across the street. Continuous smiles by the beautiful baristas, tables are always clean, and the coffee is always strong. Now, I must add that these ladies can sure keep their cool. Some crackhead walked in yesterday at lunch and just started screaming and cursing! It was hilarious from my perspective because from my angle it looked like she was yelling at the pastries. Nonetheless, she walked out on her own and surprisingly, the baristas went straight back to work as if nothing happened. That’s professionalism and I respect that.

Workers here are always pleasant and quick while the coffee is delicious with some tasty food surprises. I typically get a latte or mocha and of those the iced white chocolate and caramel latte are solid choices. What’s most surprising is the multitude of food options. The black bean breakfast burritos are spectacular and most of the pastries are made fresh.

Decent sized coffee shop, beverage and food items are very decent. Started feeling hungry and thirsty as I passed by, so I came in to order a late snack. Ham & Cheese Sandwich plus a 16 oz Coffee go well together. Overall, positive experience! The staff members are friendly and service is efficient. If you work nearby, this is a great place to come to on your break or before heading into the office. It is always good to know that there is always a neighborhood coffee shop nearby when you are in need of a pastry and coffee. There is Wi-Fi available so props to this amenity as always. Here are their Business Hours: Monday — Friday 5:30 am — 8:30 pm Saturday — Sunday 5:30 am — 8:00 pm

Good bagels, good lattes, $ 5 minimum for credit cards. The girls behind the counter are always nice and very helpful. I love the small couches and tables by the door. I’ve never used the internet here since when I go is usually to just sit and read. The only thing is that the main door is always wide open and the area where this coffee shop is located is so windy, sometimes is hard to just sit there when you have all this cold wind blowing in. Oh well.

Eh. This place wreaked of loneliness with a side of pretension. I think that the location is a bit awkward not offering a lot of parking options and I’m sure the foot traffic is low. The inside tries to be something it’s not. It’s neither hip nor trendy with newness sprinkled through it’s fixtures and fancy machines. I wish the coffee was amazing to say something positive about this experience but with vagrancy lurking about the bathrooms remained locked so keys are needed. The service was friendly enough but I think I might have waited a good three minutes at the counter while service hands stared blankly before being able to help. «…Hello?» Thanks but no thanks Cumaica. Hopefully you’ve developed some other followers.
