Sure wish you could leave 0 stars. I just picked this Cushman but they manage (that’s a loose term to use for them) the bldg. I work in, The Crocker Galleria in downtown SF. They allow construction on floors both above/​below during working hours. We have been confronted with non-​stop hammering, drilling, pounding, you name it. I believe our Corp. Hdqrtrs. confronted them about the situation and they said tough $%^&. You have a lease with us and we don’t care. LinkedIn has 6 floors below us and that’s all they care about. They have big screen TVs in every office, no carpeting and we constantly have to put up with sports bar type noise and chairs being dragged all over the floor the whole time we work. They constantly use the elevators between the floors like it were an extra office. We are a BIG company too and should not have to put up with this. I’ve taken Cushman & Wakefield to the BBB. They don’t care about tenants, at all! They are slum lords. Pure and simple.
