Great prompt service. Tough install with some unexpected challenges, but Paul and his crew worked hard and got through the challenges. Explained everything thoroughly throughout the process and kept my living room clean throughout. TV and speakers look great. Would definitely use them again.

They did a fantastic work mounting our TV over the fireplace. When we needed to make a small change in our TV hookup and had to run a new cable through they came quickly and do the service with no charge. Very professional work and great customer service!

Great work, completed in less than one hour, with no mess. Also happily tolerated a 2 YO «helper».

Great experience. Guys came on the early side of the time window they provided. They were very respectful of our place and took great care to make sure that they didn’t make a mess. Was a really tough install but they made it work and got the cables routed and out of the way.

Paul and Cary really went beyond the call of duty with our home tv installation and I can’t recommend them highly enough. We bought a Samsung tv which turned out to be defective. They diagnosed the problem, troubleshooting our home wifi network, the cable system and the hardware and were extremely professional and courteous. All in all, they returned three times to our home to help us finally install a new unit. Even though the defective tv was in no way their problem, they really went the extra mile to get us up and running. Thank you, Paul and Cary – you’ll be handling all our tv installs from now on!

Mounted a 48″ and a 32″ no problem. I had called a handy man a week before and he didn’t know how to install. He couldn’t find posts – because my wall was cement! They did everything I needed and were professional and kind. 1.5 hrs for two tv’s – stellar.

These guys did a great job installing 3 TV’s in my home! I wanted all the TV’s mounted on the wall with no cables in sight. They were on time, friendly and left the home in the same condition it was in when they arrived. You can’t ask for more! I will definitely contact them again for future TV work needed, highly recommend.

Update: The company contacted me and asked me to remove my review. Before I could even respond, they sent a follow up email threatening legal action:
«[…] It seems that you are not interested in trying to work things out. That leaves me but one choice. If the review is not removed by Wednesday morning I will be filing in S.F. small claims for defamation & slander. If you win you will only lose a days pay. If I win, (i’ll be suing for California maximum & you will still lose your days pay & court costs.) […]»
As such, I’ve downgraded my initial 2* review to 1*.

So, I bought a 55″ Samsung TV from Best Buy and originally bought the Geek Squad service to mount the TV. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get the TV mounted until the first week of January! I canceled the service and called Paul on Saturday morning on Boxing Day. He got me a very clear price list and I booked the appointment for the next day right after! Paul and Cary arrived during the stipulated time and were professional, fast and friendly. I’m super impressed at the speed and quality of service, and will highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their TV mounted.

Good work but it took them a few tries and I had to insist on the extra tries. (They told me my tv couldn’t be flat against the wall and I had to show them the mount manufacturers website and manual to convince them otherwise which was weird — who’s the expert here?) Apparently they hate the down and out mounts — and aren’t shy to tell you that. I did tell them twice that this was the mount we would be using but they seemed to want more sympathy. :) it all ended well enough though, with the install close to perfect.

Called around 9AM on the Saturday before Christmas and had an appointment at 1PM the same day. Paul and his crew had a 55″ LED and a Sonos Playbar up in about 30 minutes. He also saved me some money in using his mounts and not needing to use the Sonos mount. They vacuumed as they drilled and left the place clean and with a tidy install. Highly recommend.

Absolute awesomness. Paul and assistant hung two of my TVs and installed Sonos surround. Amazing work and trustworthy people. Would recommend to anyone!

They installed my TV the other day and did a great job… I had a more difficult setup including a «mantlemount» which is an articulating mount for my TV that allows it to come down in front of the fireplace mantle.
They did a very good job. It took a bit longer than they expected but no biggie in my end.
I think the price might have been a bit higher than I expected, but that might be on me. :) Of course they were very clear on pricing, and I made the choice to hire them.
But they did very good work and I would hire them again.

Update: I called Paul and Cary to help me install two more TVs in my living room for the ultimate game day experience. I can’t stress enough how great these guys are. They were efficient and precise in yet another perfect install. Thanks Guys!

Paul and his crew arrived on time (a bit early even) this Sunday morning and mounted my 65″ TV and Sonos playbar with everything inside the walls. They encountered a difficult issue that they’d never seen before (my walls had metal and 2 layers of sheetrock in addition to a cross stud where we wanted to run the wire) but they found out how to make it work and did a perfect job! Very happy with the work.
They also vacuum while drilling so you’re not left with a mess.

The guys from Custom Plasma Install were incredible. We were beyond impressed! Our building is from the early 1900s and has a few idiosyncrasies that made the installation more complicated. The guys powered through and found a way to get our TV up over our fireplace. It’s nice and level and looks great! We had just moved in that day and didn’t have much set up yet but they also were good at making sure that the TV was set up and completely functional for our other plug ins like an XBox, etc.
Really cannot say how happy we are with the work they performed!

I absolutely loved working with this company! When my infant son started pulling himself up on everything, we knew it was time to mount our 55″ TV on the wall. TV’s are a huge danger to babies and we wanted it done ASAP so we would no longer have to worry! I contacted this company and they immediately went about sending all the information I needed and we scheduled an appointment for that same week. I am up in Marin county and they do a ton of work up here.
They said they would arrive on a Saturday between 3−4pm and almost right before 3:00 they were already here. They were in and out in around 30 minutes! They knew exactly what they were doing, hooked everything back up, left NO mess at all, and did a fantastic job mounting our heavy 55″.
We are now done with our baby proofing! Thank you guys!

Overall, good experience. A little pricey for my taste, but they get the job done efficiently and clean up after.
Communication — Communication was done effectively primarily via email and text. No phone. Paul had some scheduling changes but gave me a heads up via email. Staying on top of emails helped me greatly.
Timing — As mentioned above, some scheduling changes, but in the end they show up early. They can be done the work in almost an hour when you know what you want.
Customer Service — I didn’t know if I wanted to pay for the hidden wires. The extra cost is high for what it is (in my opinion), but if you pay for a nice TV then you’ll likely not want to spoil it with wires. I realized I needed the wires hidden only after the TV was up, and they took to down with no complaints just to hide the wires and re-​mount the TV. No complaints. They also vacuumed as they did the work.
Price — In my opinion, the price is high for the work. I had the wires hidden, and they charged extra to do the sound bar despite what seemed to be minimal add’l effort. But in the end, it comes down to the time and effort you yourself want to put into this. This was more than I wanted to pay, but it was done well. No hidden fees. The pricing menu is accurate. I also factor in the fact that the price includes the mount and they come back and remove old TVs, replace with new ones, and/​or patch holes if you move out.
