Dalia and her husband Rolando were here today for the first time to clean my apt
and they did a fantastic job. The place Is spotless. Rolando actually suggested and did clean things I hadn’t even asked for such as the blinds which I didn’t think could ever look this good again. They both are extremely focused and work quickly. Plus they are lovely people to have in your home. They also offer a 1^st time $ 20 off discount when you mention Unilocal. I’m happy to highly recommend their services.

I’ve used Dalia as a landlord preparing houses for new tenants and as a regular cleaner for my own house.
HIGHLIGHTS
— She is punctual and has always arrived a few minutes early or exactly on time.
— She has excellent follow-​through with appointments for regular cleaning. I do bi-​weekly appointments and I’ve never had to remind her to come or had issues with missed appointments.
— She moves efficiently but doesn’t miss details.
— Her and her husband Rolando are lovely individuals to interact with.
— She accepts a check, which I think reflects that she is running a very professional and respectable operation. So many places refuse to accept anything but cash.
ADVICE
— I would still get a few other bids to see where she is in respect to other cleaners. When I told her where her rates were in relation to the other numbers I received she was more than willing to work with me on a final number. I don’t see this as a shortcoming but more a reflection that rates for cleaning are somewhat arbitrary.
— If you provide your own cleaning materials she’ll give you a discount.
— She is very receptive to feedback and takes it graciously. After I mentioned my preference for how I preferred the floors to be cleaned and little things I saw overlooked, she remembered for the next visit and I appreciated that.

We used Dalia to clean our 4 bedroom 2 bath home when we moved out and she was amazing! She was on time, very professional, and brought the house back to shape! She had all the right equipment and didn’t miss a thing. Our appliances, windows, and bathrooms never looked better! She was very accommodating and we were able to make an appointment with only a couple days notice. We gave her a tip because we felt she didn’t charge enough for the quality of work that she did! Needless to say we will be using her again and we highly recommend her services.

I used Dalia to clean my old apartment and she did a spotless job. She had a great attitude and came with a lot of equipment. It took about 3+ hours to clean our old 2ba/​1ba, but it was worth it to have it spotless and ready for the new occupants.

She’s soooooooo professional. Our kitchen seems like new!!! Highly recommend!!!

She was so professional and really took the time to go through everything. My floor was spotless and I felt like an angel came to visit. Highly recommended!

The whole family came and they were outstanding! Very friendly and efficient and got the whole place sparkling clean!

They did a move out cleaning for us and it was amazing. Best cleaning and well worth it, especially for move out cleans. I have to call it that they know how to do a mean oven cleaning (don’t even attempt to do it yourself). Great and friendly people!
