David Mattingly has been retired as an attorney since August 2009. SO a review posted ONE YEAR AFTER someone’s retirement is patently FALSE. It should be removed.

Simply once of the worst experience of my life dealing with this guy. He’s unprepared, incompetent and thinks it’s acceptable to shout at you… REALLY. This happened to me when I questioned his «estimated office expenses» for handling my case. I asked for a written explanation of the expenses when he billed me and he went nuts, I mean, totally bonkers! When he finally provided me with an «accounting» a lot of the time that was billed was placed into a catagory called «research». We’re talking thousands of dollars!!! Don’t use this guy!!!
