Drunken Yelping

#321−2016:
I have written a few of these and I dare you try and spot them…
Which means I either suck at writing or I make for a perfect drunken decoy…
Upon writing a review, I often envision what it would be being on the other side (with the readers’ persecute in mind).
That is where the dilemma oftentimes arises… do i wanna be informative and boring or witty and smart?
And ultimately, do I want to always write whilst fully sober or do I want to share my rants even when I have had a few drinks?
Let me assure you, right now I am not even remotely close to being buzzed (mainly because I am undergoing some pain therapy which lists alcoholic beverages as huge no no).
Nonetheless, I do like drunken Unilocaling, specially if it comes from writers that would normally borderline bore me with their natural self-​righteous writing…
Just lighten up and enjoy some fun writings every now and again… frowns are not a pretty picture.

It used to be called drunken dialing. But it’s been replaced by drunken typing/​texting/​yelping.
It has lead to some pretty funny reviews though.
Just don’t Unilocal and drive.

Lol! This is why after a night out I post like three reviews in a row… I just hope I can remember everything I loved or didn’t love once I wake up in the morning. Pub crawl does not equal simultaneous Unilocal crawl. Although that could be interesting… wait… maybe I’m drunk Unilocaling right now.

Drunken Unilocaling?
JUST SAY NO
Do not attend a Unilocal party and overindulge in the adult beverages. You’ll just get sloppy and embarrass yourself. And then there will be PICTURES posted on the Unilocal event page chronicling forever the entire debacle that will rear their nasty heads should you ever choose to run for public office ruining any chance that you’ll be taken seriously.
Seriously, don’t do it.
I know you’re telling yourself you’re much more witty and articulate when you’ve had a few. No, I have observed your drunken antics from a sober vantage point and can assure you this is not the case.
A Washington DC artist named Bryan Saunders experimented with drawing self portraits after taking a number of controlled substances. Check out the bizarre results here, THEN tell me that your perception while under the influence is accurate.
To all those for whom «If it feels good do it» is your mantra, I’m not judging you (out loud — totally judging you in my head) just saying don’t Unilocal about it afterwards. I’m not telling you what you can and can’t do with your recreational time, just don’t write a Unilocal review unless you’re in possession of all your faculties.
For the love of GOD, and the sanity of those innocent bystanders who will read those reviews.

Better to write reviews about drunken times at drunken places.

Ernest Hemingway and other famous authors have admitted and even bragged about enjoying libations while creating some of their most famous works. Alcohol and other mood enhancers have been touted as aiding in the creative process, and helping some overcome the dreaded writer’s block.
But you are not an author (not while writing a review anyway) Creativity is great, and can help get your post noticed and up voted. But it is not helpful to readers if that creativity does not contain any useful info regarding the business. Or if some important details are forgotten, glossed over or misperceived.
That being said, when doing a fluff review like this it is fine to be tipsy, or downright sloshed. Cheers

Drunken Unilocaling–
This can get a Nikka into trouble big time. It’s similar to drunk texting. When I’m cross faded, I make sure I have my phone ready to go. Hitting up all the Hynas and giving them all my cellphone number for some Brown chicken brown cow… It’s Friday an you can mos def expect a message from later…

Its like the saying goes, «Drunken words are sober thoughts.» Well in this case, it should be translated to, «Drunken Unilocaling is sober thinking.»
In this case however, if you happen to drunk Unilocal someone, chances are they’ll report you or even call the authorities on you. Shame on you if you drunk Unilocal someone that’s married! You deserve to get your punk ass beat for that!
If I’m ever highly inebriated or just high, I’ll just keep my phone outta sight from me. Rather avoid any legal issues because of one drunken or high incident!!!

Actually… writing reviews drunk captures a specific moment in time, and I am all for it.
Talking tho… bad form. Gonna bring down the hammer of trouble.
