Business Owner

Duan is a dedicated CPA with over 15 years of experience developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes and controls that significantly improve P&L and Cash Flow scenarios. Expert in establishing accounting functions, systems and best practices; cost-​reduction; automation and tax strategies; and lasting business relationships to ensure goal-​surpassing fiscal performance.

Duan established her CPA and consulting practice after eight years’ working experience with small, medium, and large corporations, including publicly-​traded, privately-​held, and non-​profit organizations in the San Francisco and Los Angeles areas. She has provided Interim CFO and consultation services to small and medium-​sized businesses year around on GAAP and tax issues, along with representing Chinese companies going public on the U.S. capital markets.
