Mr. Yagmur has valuable experience in due diligence assessments/​evaluations for a variety of buildings and in seismic retrofit of wood-​frame multi-​family buildings for many years. Over the last few years, he has been involved in remodeling of single-​family houses and apartments for many clients. He is knowledgeable in the evaluation and structural investigation of various types of buildings including concrete, steel, wood and masonry.
