I came to them to have a wedding ring enlarged that had become too tight after many years. What they did was nothing short of extraordinary. No seam is visible at all; the intricate patterning is still the same all around the ring. On top of that, their fee was very reasonable — I would have gladly paid them more for such fine workmanship. They also have some very beautiful items for sale and I shall visit them again.

I first went to Edmund Weber before my wife and I married almost 24 years ago. From the first meeting, I could tell that Edmund was an excellent jeweler and a nice person. He was never in a rush and good at educating me on the jewelry I was looking at, including ear rings, wedding ring, pearls, etc. Now, Weber Jewelers is the first place I look when I want to surprise my wife with something special. Edmund and Alberto (Edmund’s Son) are personable, knowledgeable, and really try and do everything possible make you feel comfortable about your purchase. My only regret each time I visit them is that I don’t have more money to buy more jewelry for my wife. Also, I referred our son to go to them when he decided to get married and they were really good at helping him buy a ring that was great quality at a reasonable price. Alberto was terrific! Fast, friendly and reasonably priced service. I had 2 sapphire and diamond rings that used to be my mom’s set in yellow gold and I wanted them in white gold. Alberto helped me out, he sat with me and explained the process of rhodium plating and how long the rings would hold their color afterwards, Then gave me a deal as I was doing two rings. He cleaned, polished and transformed my rings back to what I imagine their original condition were (but in white gold). My mother now wants them back from me!

I found this hidden little gem thanks to a Unilocaler who left a single comment about getting her palladium ring resized. Super hipster modern jewelry designers were designing super hipster modern engagement rings using palladium waaaaay back in the early 2000s. No one thought to tell us that it’s nearly impossible to get a palladium ring resized! I had given up wearing my diamond ring because I couldn’t find anyone to resize it. It wasn’t cheap and it took longer than the time quoted because they were backed up but I am so happy to be able to wear my ring again. They did a great job because I can’t even tell that it has been resized.

Absolutely wonderful. We brought in a family heirloom engagement ring to be resized. Edmund was very sweet and upon seeing the antique ring, smiled, and immediately remarked about its age. He began telling us about the ring, estimating the age of the ring itself and then its stone (which matched what we knew of the ring). He told us about the ring’s make and how the stone was cut. It was wonderful to learn more about the ring and its history.
Alberto was extremely helpful in measuring my ring size and answering any questions I had. I asked Alberto if he could take a look at the stone and see if it was tight in its setting and whether he thought the ring was safe to wear everyday. He carefully took a look at the ring and stone and after a moment showed us with a magnifying glass where the prongs had worn down with time and then illustrated how the prongs should look, estimating a rough time frame until which he thought I might safely wear the ring until. He gave us an estimate of how much it would cost to resize the ring, fix the prongs (at a later date), and get an insurance appraisal. He also told us how to clean and care for the ring.
In the end, our platinum ring cost $ 100 to resize and our appraisal cost $ 100. The ring looks so beautiful. It shines brilliantly after its cleaning and I’m now able to see that the ring is even more intricate than I had realized!
I highly recommend Edmund and Alberto to anyone seeking a jeweler. We will definitely be back for all our future jewelry needs and are so thankful to them.

I had to leave a quick review just because I was so impressed. I called to get a pair of earrings appraised that I had purchased from on online retailer (just to ensure they were worth the same value as the appraisal the retailer sent me) and one of the employees talked me through a few reasons why it probably wasn’t worth it for me to spend money on a second opinion for such a low cost item. I’m aways truly impressed when people provide good advice that, in doing so, loses them a sale. It’s a sign of a company that cares about their customers and for that reason they deserve 5 stars.

I just had my wedding band made by Edmund R. Weber Jewelers. They are extremely nice and very professional. My wedding band turned out gorgeous! It was a complicated piece of work because it involved combining an antique ring with a a gem from a necklace and it’s flawless!
I am so glad that I picked this place to make my wedding day really special!

I can’t recommend E.R. Weber jewelers more — Alberto and Edmund have both been phenomenal to work with. I wanted to get a new stone set atop a white gold engagement ring set dating back to the 1950s, as well as a sizing and general sprucing up. Alberto spent some good time with me explaining the pros, cons and risks of the repairs I needed. After two weeks the engagement ring setting was complete, sized, rhodium plated and looking gorgeous as ever. While picking it up, Edmund told me some of the history of the ring that he had uncovered as he was working on it. It was a great experience learning about jewelry and family history which are great stories that make the ring even more meaningful.
After talking to a number of other more «corporate» jewelers, I am so happy that I went with E.R. Weber. Edmund and Alberto will get all of my business from here on out.

They replaced a diamond on my ring and re-​sized to fit a different finger. Very happy with the results and will return as soon as I have a need!

Let me start by saying I never set a foot in this store or talked to anyone here. My husband worked with them directly without any guidance on my part!
We bought an antique engagement ring from Brilliant Earth a little over a year ago after I decided I wanted some diamonds rather than the plain white gold band my now husband proposed with. I love the ring and at the time didn’t want to wear a band with it.
Fast forward a year, and I ask my husband for a custom platinum band to fit around my ring. I have very specific taste and wanted something very thin to match the look of the antique ring. I didn’t sketch, just explained. I suggested Brilliant Earth but after pricing a thin custom piece, I suggested he look at Weber after reading Unilocal reviews.
AND I’M SO GLAD I DID!
It is exactly what I wanted. I don’t know how they got it so perfect, but it was exactly what I envisioned. Better yet, it was about ¹⁄₃ cost of the competitor! I would highly highly recommend them, and look forward to using them again in the future.

My fiancé proposed with a vintage ring that desperately needed to be sized. I looked at quite a few jewelers but came to Alberto and Edmund because of their other great Unilocal reviews and was very pleased with the service and craftsmanship I received.
They do everything in house, which is heavily insured, so I felt good about leaving my new ring in their hands knowing they would be the ones personally working on it. My ring, because of the way it is shaped, was going to have to be sized to be oval (the diamonds are wide on the top of the ring). Before they started sizing it, they called me to inform me that the ring would be a bit oval but that it wouldn’t be noticeable to anyone but me. Essentially, making the ring round would have compromised the diamonds, something I obviously wouldn’t want to happen. I appreciated them going out of their way to keep me in the loop and make sure I was informed and comfortable with how my ring would be shaped.
When I went to pick up the ring it fit perfectly and looks fantastic. Great service, really nice guys and reasonable prices. What’s not to love?

We loved doing business with these guys! My fiancé had purchased my Tacori engagement ring elsewhere and I really wanted a wedding band which was similar. The guys did a fantastic job! They were a pleasure to work with, the costs were really good and our rings were ready with time to spare.
Things to note — the quality of my band is actually better than the Tacori ring. Really pretty.
We originally went to another jeweler in the building who wanted to charge us double of what we were estimated here. Alberto told us his prices would be adjusted to the price of gold at the time — a very fair measurement.

I’d given my now fiancée the wrong ring size and he surprised me with a beautiful palladium engagement ring that was just slightly too big. After calling everywhere to find a place that resized palladium, I was so happy to find Alberto and Edmund who worked with the metal. They worked with me to find the perfect size and the ring was finished in under a week, even though they were swamped.
Besides the fact that it fits like a glove, you’d never know the ring was resized. It looks amazing. I’ll be coming back to Weber jewelers for sure!

I came to Weber Jewelers to have 2 rings sized, one made larger, another smaller. Alberto was lovely, answering all of my questions and finishing the rings sooner than promised (I was in no rush, so he’d said 2 weeks… he finished in 10 days). The work was done beautifully and both pieces were also cleaned and polished.
Pleased with his work, and after seeing some of the custom work he had in progress I would be very likely to work with them on future projects if the need arises. Highly recommended.
Also, I picked up today (Friday before Memorial Day) and called ahead since I couldn’t remember which was the one day a week they are closed at lunch. Alberto mentioned they were closing early for the holiday but would wait for me. I was excited to pick up the pieces so I felt it was very nice of him to wait.

I don’t have a lot of jewelry buying experience (make that *no* jewelry buying experience) but I can safely say that the experience of getting a custom made engagement ring went very well for me and my fiancée. I supplied the center stone, Alberto drew up a design, we agreed on a price that I believe was quite fair. My fiancée had complete and total input into the design, tempered with the experience that Alberto and Edmund brought to the table. Suggestions on where to put stones, and even some caution on possible modifications that might weaken the ring or loosen some of the settings. Both Alberto and his father Edmund will talk to you about the ring as much as you need, and discuss all the details of why you can do something and why you can’t do something else if you are curious enough to ask. These guys know their stuff, and you feel it right when you walk in the door.
I never got a voicemail when I called, and they always called back when they said they would. The work was completed within the quoted time without issue, and when design modifications came up as a matter of designing and crafting the ring, the price was adjusted without question.
The ring came in a little small, and they resized it without hesitation, lickety split in a matter of two days.
Now we have the final ring, and she can’t take her eyes off of it, and it fits great on her tiny finger.
I entered into the ring buying process with a lot of trepidation on finding someone I could trust. Faced with a choice of an overpriced, lower quality mall-​type store and a seedy jewel salesman in the bowels of the Jewelry Mart (who doesn’t exactly have a reputation to protect), Weber Jewelers was exactly what I was looking for and was everything their online and in-​person reputation purported to be.

I came for an insurance appraisal. Average pricing.
Note: Don’t be surprised by the empty jewelry display cases on Fridays; they don’t setup on shorter days.
Family run business. Very friendly. A little quirky and talkative. Not super tech savvy IMHO, but very knowledgable and helpful. Easy in and out done deal.
Alberto also showed us a piece he was working on. Beautiful. And more affordable than brand name stores.

I hate panning businesses on Unilocal,but this was an occasion that I feel warrants a negative review.
I recently proposed to my now fiancée, and overestimated her ring size. She took her ring here to have it resized so that it fit her hand, and after they measured her finger said they’d alter the ring to fit her in a week for $ 150. When she picked up the ring, it was still too large for her finger and she told them that it still didn’t fit and Alberto told her to wear it for a few days and see if it changed. When she called back a week later to say that the ring still didn’t fit, Alberto suggested that she «must have lost weight» in the week since she had her ring resized and offered no options for the botched resize.
I called Edmund, Alberto’s father soon after to describe the situation hoping he would offer a refund for the failed resize. To his credit, he offered to insert metal beads inside the ring to make the ring fit at no extra charge, but frankly I was shocked that they would consider charging us more after the failed resize and was disappointed that they wouldn’t refund the work.
So now this leaves me out $ 150 dollars with a ring that doesn’t fit my fiancée. Engagement rings have extraordinary sentimental and monetary value, and after my experience dealing with Edmund R. Weber Jewelers I don’t trust them to handle my fiancée’s ring.

I had visited the previous week & walked in while a lady was going over a custom ring order her son was getting made — from a Tiffany’s pic — they do a lot of custom build & while I was there, the father, Edmund, came out to show me a setting they were currently working on & shared a funny story about getting lost in the BF’s hometown in Germany. He is so nice!
Both Edmund & Alberto looked at my ring to determine if something could be done. It’s a very complex ring w/​this intricate platinum braiding on the bottom of the band & micropave on the top so they discussed the sizing process & what things they might want to look out for (like how resizing would affect the pave) and then said no problem
Only hitch was that they are SO busy, they couldn’t take it right away… mentioning they were working on something like 50 jobs & jam-​packed for the next 3 weeks… but for me, this only indicated how smart I was to choose them. High demand = high quality!
But not to fret, I was asked to call the following week & when I did, I was told to come on over & again, I walked in to see 3 other people talking w/​them about getting custom pieces. My ring was assessed & documented, as they insure every ring while it’s on their premises = peace of mind! Advised my ring would be ready in 2 days. Score!
Well, it turned out even better b/​c it was ready the very next day! Fits like a dream & I could swear it shines even more than when I dropped it off — it’s happier & I’m happier too to have a ring that fits!
