A pretty small gallery hidden in Fort Mason; it can be a little hard to find. The space is basically one large, bright room with clean white walls and concrete floors. I was here with a friend for a Unilocal event, but I would probably never have known about this gallery otherwise. It looks like they have different exhibits pretty frequently. The one we saw (Hi /​Lo) had some pretty unique statement pieces, and I liked it a lot! If the other exhibits are anything like Hi /​Lo, I would love to come back. The only downside is the location — Fort Mason is just a tad out of the way, and there aren’t too many other things to do in the area.

This small, hidden gem was the perfect spot to meet and mingle prior to an event at the BATS improv, which occupies the same building! The sight of an art installation that is made up of a pile of laundry is enough to make me want a second glass of wine, luckily I was at a cocktail reception and I could do that.
It seems like people had tons of fun with the street signs posted around and they actually proved to generate fun talking points. Just what you want in a room full of people you have never met before.
Although this is a relatively small space, it is bright and open. Perfect for the event we attended! Check it out!
