Business Owner
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#90 728) practicing in San Francisco, California.
I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute for Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco where my training focused on integrative psychotherapy — combining spiritual inquiry with psychological healing and growth. I completed my practicum training at the Institute on Aging, working with older adults struggling with issues related to grief, loss, illness, financial stress, adjustment problems and depression. For the past 10 years, I have worked at the University of California; San Francisco (UCSF), where I’ve received advanced training in evidenced-based approaches for depression and anxiety such as mindfulness-based cognitive behavior therapy and problem-solving therapy as well as, dialectical behavioral therapy for helping clients to increase cognitive and emotional awareness and change negative behavioral patterns.
