My 5-year old went here for 2 weeks and had a great time. Katherine was very nice, communicative via email for my questions prior to registering, and always friendly at drop-off and pick-up. She took the kids all around for fun activities and also has a great little art studio where the children can create. Definitely recommend.

This place has recently been designated a UPS Access Point, where packages can be dropped off or picked up. GOODLUCK!!! THEYRENEVEROPEN!!! The care package for my very sick fiancé is now«return to sender». Originally, my UPS slip said to pick it up here on the next business day, so I went there and was greeted by a sign saying«UPS pick-up/delivery between 3 – 7 pm.» I was there at noon. Okay, no prob, I’ll come back. Arrived at 4 to still find lights out doors and doors locked. Came back the next day at 5. Still no one with same sign in door. Next day I call. No answer. Leave a message. No call back. A week later I finally get a human to answer the phone and my package isn’t there! UPS tracking now confirms it was never left there. Hmmmmmmm, I wonder why!!! BECAUSENOONEISEVERTHERETOACCEPTUPSDRIVERSDELIVERINGPACKAGES!!! Formal complaint being lodged with UPS to get rid of this ramshackle«access point». I’m all about kids and art and shit, but this place sucks.

I love this little neighborhood gem. Kat who runs the studio is amazing. The projects she does with the kids are adorable and it’s so nice to have all the glitter/glue/paint/craft insanity stay at her place and not on my kitchen table. :) My 3.5 year old goes here every week and we absolutely love it.

I bring my toddler(almost 2) every week and we LOVE this place. She spends the entire 2 hours of mommy-and-me class time roaming from the play doh table to the daily projects to the paint wall to the toy area. Meanwhile, I meet up with friends there and we have ACTUALCONVERSATIONS while the kids play happily. Kat(the owner) is very relaxed and Eureka Valley Arts is the perfect spot to have a chill mommy meet-up. She also does birthday parties(and makes gorgeous decorations) — we went to one there and it is so easy and fun. My older child(3.5) comes whenever he’s out of preschool and loves it too. Kat does camps for the older set as well– and date night! It is such a welcome addition to our neighborhood.

We live right down the street and we LOVE having Eureka Valley Arts in the neighborhood. Friends of ours send their toddlers here for art classes and are continually amazed at the quality of the projects they bring home. I see beautiful art in the windows and I know this is a very special place for kids. They do before-and after-school programs for children K-5, toddler art programs during the day and date night on Fridays so the parents can get out for a little fun on their own. A wonderful place!
