I met Kip briefly at a networking event but there was no reason for him to be so incredibly warm and accommodating from the get-​go – I think he’s just an incredibly nice guy. Soon we were exchanging messages about my interest in changing my auto insurance carrier. He is always responsive, meticulously thorough, and polite. On three occasions he put up with my asking a gazillion questions along with my whiny reluctance to pay a few dollars more while simultaneously tolerating a series of bad cell phone connections and countless interruptions from my family. In addition, he somehow copied down the wrong email address for me, but was relentless in attempting to get my documents to me immediately anyway until we straightened that out. (Many insurance people I have worked with have insisted upon faxing, a medium I consider outmoded). Kip also listened three times to my sob story about my previous insurer screwing up my insurance and (over)charging me $ 100 by stopping my insurance because they had the wrong credit card which I reported no less than three times and yada yada yada. I have no idea how this guy always acts so calm and collected, takes care of his clients so well AND has his own family, but I never heard even an inkling of frustration from him. He left me feeling extremely well taken care of and considerably less of a clueless blond artist when it comes to managing my insurance, a topic I try to spend as little time as possible dealing with. I recommend him most highly!

I liked Kip Fuller’s attention to my values as he searched for the right insurance package for me. He gave me a good quote and was gentle and not judgmental in explaining insurance terms and concepts I don’t readily understand… this made shopping for insurance painless. I had been grossly under-​insured, and he broke that news to me, using simple examples to make it quite apparent. I sought a second opinion from a loved one just in case, and he concurred, so I feel like I’m in good hands with Kip. He accommodated my schedule, using his evening hours to meet my insurance needs. And then he handled the paperwork lickety split! I feel he is trustworthy, and he’s who I want to be on the other end of the phone in a time of crisis — like an auto accident or renter’s claim.
