Fendi

Provided me with excellent customer service really helped me make a decision on which bag bug to get. Very friendly sales representatives.

I’m not too sure why this Fendi location has such high ratings even though it’s really tiny. It’s not even a store; it’s just a small handbag boutique inside of Saks. Maybe the fact that this is the only Fendi store in all of SF has something to do with it? I’m not too sure.
Anyways, I came here looking to see the Monster collection, specifically the nylon monster backpack and the peekaboo monster leather & snakeskin satchel. The sales associate working at this boutique was nice enough and a great saleswoman. She informed me that the backpack I was looking for was an online exclusive item, and that the satchel could not be bought in California because PYTHON IS ILLEGAL IN CALIFORNIA. Something I did not know.
When I asked her where the bag could be bought, as I do travel a lot, she informed me it could be bought in a number of states, and continued to pitch the sale to me, saying I could ship the bag out of state to a friend’s house and then have that friend mail the bag to me. I chuckled and told her no, as that would be too much of a hassle, but found her sales pitch amusing and mentally applauded her on her attempt to get me to buy the bag that day with her.
I don’t think I’ll be shopping here in the future solely because of the limited selection, but if you’re dead set on shopping at Fendi, I would recommend calling in first if you have an item in mind that you want to see.

My friend from China was searching for a gift… Fendi is the brand the person requested…
We searched Neiman’s but couldn’t find anything… so we headed over to Saks…
There I saw a beautiful blue peekaboo…2014…large enough for many uses… but it had a scratch on it… so we left… hoping they were able to spa it…
The next day they called telling us they found another one coming from the east coast… overnight express… what else can you ask for…
When she called to let me know about it, she said it was better than the first…
Well, we went again today with excitement because my friend is leaving soon… when they took out the bag, it had more and deeper scratches… just terrible…
I asked if they could discount but they adamantly said no… oh well, at least we tried… so we ended up getting the first original handbag that was there…
The nice thing was they gave us red envelopes with the Fendi logo, kinda nice…

Came in from elsewhere in Union Square hunting for a wallet. The saleswoman who helped me was incredibly helpful and was happy to show me different options and answer my questions; no attitude or judgment, which I appreciated. Walked out with a new croc leather wallet, which I love.

i have recently wanted to get a certain mens wallet for a certain model. i wanted the simple monster peekaboo wallet with black saffron leather in the front with red inside and 2 yellow eyes on the outside. i have called saks to see if they carried in the store. they were currently sold out. i then hang up the saks salesmen and went on Unilocal and look for fendi in sf and it was the same person answering the phone so she said its the only fendi store in sf, so that was a bummer. but i did have good service over the phone.
