We are a personal training company that focuses on optimizing and strengthening the WHOLE body. From enacting change through the nervous system, to breathing mechanics, to interval style conditioning programs, we use the latest and greatest in fitness to accomplish our clients’ goals. Adults of all fitness levels who are committed to the process of ongoing lifestyle change seek us out when they need to:

History
Established in 2013.
I believe that lasting healthy changes start with a change in how you view yourself. Changing the way that you think about food and how you move is the biggest and most effective way to get to your goals. See the long term success of looking AND feeling healthier. I will give you the external motivation and push you to work hard, and I promise that hard work will yield the highest payoffs. Real transformation begins when you commit to these changes for yourself.
One of my clients recently told me that she hadn’t gone a run for four years for fear of injury and lack of motivation. Because of our work together, she is back to running again and doing so with confidence. She now has everyday access to the tools needed to accomplish her goals.

Business Owner
I have a lifelong passion for physical movement and study of the body. As a small child in ballet, I performed nearly every role in the Nutcracker and trained with Boston Ballet and American Ballet Theater. I majored in Dance and toured professionally with a San Francisco-based modern dance company to as far away as Egypt. Currently, I study Aerial Arts and aim to one day create a movement piece in the air!
I have earned the following Fitness Trainer credentials:
–More than 3 years experience as a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer
–Certified Z Health Trainer, which is a brain-based system designed to create lighting-fast improvements
–Candidate for Level 1 Precision Nutrition certification, which is the most elite certification company in sport and exercise nutrition
This means you get an individualized approach to your fitness, working with the WHOLE body and receiving valuable nutrition advice which is key in any lasting body changes.
