Frank Lew – State Farm Insurance Agent

I will never recommend this place to any of my friends.
If you don’t know anything about how insurance plans work like I did before, then NEVER GO HERE. They charged me around 250 $ more for 3 cars each month, until I told them that it was really expensive and I am moving to some other insurance agency. And they told me that they can give me the same price as the other insurance agencies give, which would have saved me 1,500 $ every 6 month. If they were able to give me that price, where the hell they were before???
Very bad experience! I wish I would have used some other agency before that.

If I could give Frank and Liz 6 stars, I would. I never thought I would write a review about an insurance agent before, but he’s so good that I find myself compelled.
In a time where everything is going digital, insurance is still one business where a personal touch really does make a difference. I have found State Farm’s rates to be competitive, if not exceedingly lower than the competition, but even if they weren’t, I would still stick with Frank. The service is fantastic, the coverage is great, and it’s nice to be able to pick up the phone with a question and get a response within a few hours.
When it comes to applying for new coverage, they get to the point. No wasting everyone’s time with questions that don’t matter in the earliest stages of getting a quote. They are business people who truly care about their customers, and make an effort to get to know them personally.

Frank and his crew have been great. I’ve been with them for years and have enjoyed getting to know them. I have a range of coverage, but it finally took my commute bike, my baby, getting nabbed in the Panhandle that made me need their help and help they did. Great help, great attitude and a wonderful result. Thank you guys so much.

Years and years have passed, and I continue to have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with Frank Lew and his office staff. I have never had a reason to search for another insurance agent.

Been insured with Frank since renting our first apartment place back in gasp…1996. He’s the nicest most knowledgeable insurance person I’ve encountered. He’s always prompt returning calls and answering whatever insurance questions you may have. Great office. Friendly. We’ve recommended friends and family to him and they all have the same GREAT experience. If you want a real live person (versus some website) that really cares… you can’t go wrong with Frank Lew!

Responsible, helpful super nice staff. Frank is very friendly and makes every effort to listen to your concerns as well. Help is always available with a call and I love the convenience of all the ways I can pay my premiums (check, call in a credit card, etc.)
Top notch office.
Given the size of State Farm, they offered me the best rates when combining home owners, umbrella and auto insurance rates. For auto alone, 21^st century gave be a better rate, but combined with the other policies, they could not beat State Farm’s price when they gave multi-​plan discounts. I have not made any claims to date, but will write another review if that ever happens.

There is no better example for this catchy slogan than State Farm’s own Frank Lew.
Frank is a people person. He takes the time to know you, understands your needs, and best of all you can relate to him in many ways. In addition to his excellent service, his friendly staff has always been very helpful whenever I had questions about my policies.
If you want to save a quick buck and get cheap insurance from a company with robots on the other end of the phone, go to Geico. If you’re looking for quality service from someone who will take time to listen to you and find the best policy to suit your every needs, go to Frank Lew.

This is the best agent you can ever have… He will always be there for you… He doesn’t lie and cheat like other agents do… Our family been insured with State Farm since 1984. I am happy and not going to move anywhere else.

First, I’d like to say that it’s taken me a while to actually sit down and write a review of anything. I’ve meant to do it… really, honestly, I have. But somehow, things kept getting in the way… but something happened to me yesterday that made me promise myself that I had to post this review of State Farm Insurance and Frank Lew’s office on Taraval Street in particular.
I’ve been with State Farm for several years now. About 5 years ago, when I priced out auto insurance, I got the lowest rates from State Farm (thanks to the Progressive website… I have to give them credit for pointing me towards State Farm). Anyhow… through the years… any problems that I’d had where always promptly taken care of. Frank and his team were always there to answer my questions and personally address my concerns. When the State Farm investigators decided that a claim I had made when some guy rammed my truck in a parking lot was faultless because the parking lot was private property, Frank Lew called them for me, and had them reverse their decision.
But… what really surprised me is this… in the past month or so, I’ve received 3 checks from them (the last two yesterday) totalling over $ 250. Along with the checks came a letter that stated that the company is doing well financially, and when it’s doing well, it likes to pass the profits on to its clients. I mean, if their rates were high, I’d get it. But they’re the cheapest policy I’ve been able to find AND they’re GIVING me money! I’m thrilled. Really, I am.
So… now that I’ve finally gotten around to writing this here review, I’ve just got to figure out how I’m going to spend all of that cold hard cash!
