Brett and Nathan Niebergall grew up in a home where healthy foods were a part of every meal. Brett, a Le Cordon Bleu Chef, selects only the freshest ingredients to create his dishes. The ethical, environmental and nutritional implications of cuisine are of paramount importance to both Brett and Nathan. The vast majority of Frisee’s produce, wines, meats, and seafood are free-range, line-caught, organic, biodynamic, and/or farmed using sustainable methods.
