Wendy has literally been cutting my hair for over ten years(ever since I was a little kid). My hairstyle hasn’t changed much over the years. I usually stick to long layered hair with a side part. Let me just say that my hair is kind of hard to work with. It’s thick, and if it’s too short one side will be straight while the other side flares out. With that said I’ve always liked the way Wendy cut my hair, but as I got older I started experimenting with different hairdressers in between cuts, and honestly, whether it’s at a professional salon or not, no other hair stylist has layered my hair the way I like it. With that said, I think I’m going to stick with Wendy, and I really don’t know who I can go to if she ever moves far away :(

So, the reason it didn’t hurt very much is because the hair was only ripped out at the skin level not the root, so it grew back right away. I’ll go back, but UGH.

I’ve been coming here and having Wendy cut my hair for over a year now and I’m very satisfied with her work. She is quick, and extremely detail oriented, always gets me in to my best. Also it’s very easy to get an appointment even for next day, she works 7 days a week and always available for small touch ups. Family friendly, small hair salon with great atmosphere!

Wendy is a talent. Great haircuts, highlights and perms. Have been going for 10 years +. Now that I have moved 35 miles away I still drive up for her and the Chinese bakery(Golden Chariot) a block away. This is a no frills place don’t expect a luxurious joint. She does use top of the line materials.

Dropped by twice and found it closed. Called the number and asked if she was going to open(it was a thursday afternoon and the door specifially showed hours). «oh, no not today». WTF? Please update the hours then!

Affordable price, but that’s about it. I wanted 1 – 1.5 inches off, but she took 3 inches off before I could even protest. Now my hair looks horrible and it’s too short to get it fixed by my regular hair dresser. Also, shes extremely rough, my scalp was hurting after wards from how she kept scraping it with the comb; that and clipping my ears with the electric shaver repeatedly. I hope my hair grows out fast so I can get it fixed. ughh, bad haircuts

I was looking for a good hair cut without paying what you can find downtown(more than $ 25). I paid $ 15 and it was what I expected. Wendy is a nice person.

Wendy has been cutting my hair for several years now. She used to work at another hairdresser in the area but she has recently opened her own place. When she got her new place, I decided to go there because she did such a good job. The place is really clean and neat and she is very friendly. I rarely have had to wait long for a cut, but she takes appointments if you like. I do some modeling and acting, so I need to look my best for this. Wendy has my hair covered — I do not want to pay several hundred for a haircut and I don’t have to if I come here. She does the same job as professional stylists who have been paid this much to do my hair, except she charges a tenth of the price. Oh yeah, I nearly forgot. There’s a great coffee shop next door called Simple Pleasures. If you have to wait, go in and grab a cup!

First of all, this is a new business. The shop is offering great prices. My first cut without a wash wash $ 20! I would have paid $ 60 or 70 for the cut she gave me. That is not the only reason to go into this salon. I walked in early February to see whether the stylist could fit me in that day. I came back over 15 minutes later to get a cut. My hair was quit long, reaching the middle of my back. I had let my hair grow since my daughter’s birth 10 years ago and had only gotten ends trimmed a couple of times each year over that time. I just said, «I am tired of my hair, please cut it to above my shoulders. Cut it however you think will be good as long as it won’t take too much work to take care for.» This was definitely a spur of the moment leap of faith. The end result was a very flattering hair cut. I get complements all of the time on my new look. I have since been back for a trim and will continue to get my haircut at this salon. Every other time I worked up the courage to get my haircut, I would walk into a salon, ask how much it would cost to cut my very long hair was always an $ 80 minimum. Help this new business thrive!
