I don’t know whether the owner died or just skipped town, but I dropped off several thousand dollars worth of eBay resale items in August 2015 and have never heard anything further. Emails go unanswered. I can’t leave a phone message because the voice mail box is full — and has been for months. The eBay site for this company has only 18 items for sale — even though when I dropped off my items in August, there was a storage room full of items that should have been listed. And none of the listed items were mine. So I have been ripped off by these people. If you have dropped off anything with them in 2015, look to IRS publication 584 to file for theft of personal property. Because it has been stolen. And if anyone knows of a good lawyer who wants to go after this guy — for all of us who have been ripped off — let me know.

Chalk us up as another cheated customer. He had claimed that he sold some of our items on eBay, but we never got any money, and our stuff (rugs, lamps, etc.) are nowhere on his eBay page.
The store is closed up. The woman at the nail salon next door says he’s given away our stuff to charity and skipped town ahead of creditors.

They were helpful when we dropped off the items we wanted them to sell for us. Once they sold, they claimed that the funds would be sent to us in a couple of weeks. That was several months ago. We have called several times and now their phone is disconnected. We have sent multiple emails and no answer. I assume that they have taken the money and we will not get the money or the products back. I guess that they are out of business. They still appear to be selling items online, but I would suggest to not use their services as you may not get the product if you are on the buy side or your money if you are on the sell side.

These gentlemen had great ratings when I dropped off 3 items to have them assess before putting on Ebay. They worked with me very well & reposted my items when they didn’t initially sell. I spoke with them 2 months ago because I hadn’t heard from them when the owner answered & let me know 2 items had sold & apologized for not calling because they moved to a larger warehouse but assured me that I would receive payment by the end of August. I still haven’t heard back & have left 2 messages. I’m very upset & am working on tracking them down.

They folded up the shop and never paid me for the stuff I dropped off. I’m trying to get ahold of them to file a legal claim. If anyone has their ongoing contact info, please post it so I can go after them. Thanks.

For some reason, they accepted my set of Noritake china to sell and then NEVER sent me the money. It has been several months. I have called and I have emailed. ONCE, I spoke to the guy there and he told me that the check was on the way. Do not use this place. Basically, they stole my stuff.

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased an item from these guys through ebay and it arrived damaged. All fine you’d think as I was covered by paypal. Well yeah I was covered and I also contacted them and they were apparently fine with the situation… they didn’t want to get it covered by insurance though and wanted to come to an agreement. I advised that I was potentially able to find replacement parts and could get an exact settlement cost for them but told them it would take a little time… BIG MISTAKE! I should have just pushed for a settlement then and there. As soon as it went past the 45 day cover period with paypal they flat out ignored my emails. I recently posted on their facebook account and their reasoning for ignoring my emails asking whether I could get a settlement was that it took me too long and so was past their policy timeline for offering any such refund /​reimbursement. I guess ignoring past customers they’ve messed around is an acceptable approach in their world but I’m guessing that most people would find that deplorable and underhand (and about as dumb a state of mind you can get when trying to justify ignoring someone /​terrible customer service) which is why I am posting this review. I learned my lesson the hard way but hopefully this can help some other people out there.
