I was skeptical when we first decided to visit this shop. I was blown away at the modern clean feel to the store! Everything was out on display encouraging you to touch and feel the products before purchasing. The staff was so helpful and answered our questions.
I felt so comfortable walking around and shopping. Definitely a high class adult store.
We will most definitely be back!!!

Good Vibrations stores always staff extremely helpful and professional employees. The staff at this location is always ready and willing to answer any questions that I may have, and they offer very thorough explanations as to how products work. The location is very convenient for anyone that works in the Financial District, and they stock a lot of great products. I definitely consider Good Vibrations to be a safe space where people can be sex-​positive without feeling self-​conscience.

Very helpful staff!
I’m a guy and I always feel a little awkward coming into a place like this on my own. I was here to pick up my girlfriend a birthday present and the women here were great at breaking the ice and helping explain the differences between all the toys. Overall a very comfortable, professional, and informative experience.

I love having a good vibes in the fidi! You never know what your lunch hour may bring… That aside, this store is the perfect combination of lingerie, vibrators, and entry level sex toys. I’m more of a ball gag kinda girl, but I will save that for another review. The girl working was super cool and way knowledgable about the different organic lubes. She pointed me in the right direction and led me to Sliquid which is vegan and women owned. Very cool! I will definitely be back soon.

One request for the friendly store person… your voice was soooo loud. I appreciated your knowledge and advice but I felt kind of embarrassed and felt self-​conscious. Please realize that some of us would much appreciate it if you could lower your voice a little more?

This store seems to be more lingerie focused with fewer whips/​crops than other GV stores. They still have a lot of vibrators, dildoes, and a huge variety of condoms and lube though. The salespeople were very nice and helpful without being pushy or confrontational. The store itself was bright, clean and «fun», just like the other locations. I hope they do well here!

Excellent customer service both visits. My first visit I was drawn in by the window. I forget the man’s name but luckily he was there :-) I complimented him and he helped me buy the item in the window. The staff is well trained to not to make you feel embarrassed or weird. The selection is impressive and it’s a great quick present stop which was why I was there the second time. I’ll be back for sure there’s tons of stuff I’m still eyeing. Thank you for the excellent friendly service.

Brand new location that is really convenient for me. Lots of space and selection to choose from. Prices are definitely reasonable compared to other shops I’ve been to. I was expecting my total to be way more than it was. Workers were friendly and helpful and didn’t try to force me into buying something I wasn’t interested in, which was refreshing. They have a loyalty program so once you spend $ 100 or so you get $ 10 off. I wish I had gone onto Unilocal before, because I would have totally used the $ 10 for $ 20 coupon. Oh well, guess I’m going to have to go back. :]

It’s a bit expensive, but that is because what they sell is good quality. And, let’s face it, this is one area in life you should care about quality.

Go figure; Joe Cool’s 1,700th review is the newest Good Vibrations in Union Square.
This new store is squeezed in between the Walgreen’s and a photo studio. The setup is different and much smaller than the other locations. You will need to walk up and down the stairs to the basement. And down there, you will see displays of the newest and updated S&M products.
Unfortunately I am not able to take any pictures.
At least the workers from the Financial district can get the necessary items to «get busy» in their cubicles.
