Food takes forever to come out, but the two dishes I got were delicious. I bought my meal at 12:15pm on a Monday with only two customers and it took 15 mins for my food to be ready. Pupusa(Pork and Cheese): 4 stars Soft and moist and the pork meat was also well braised. Served with a tangy spicy slaw. Plantains with Sour Cream: 4.5 stars So delicious, they are fried till golden and soft. I paid only $ 8 for the Pupusa + plantains, but the Tortas are $ 9 and Cuban sandwiches $ 8, which I sense might be overpriced. Will have to come back to reevaluate.

I had a cheese and cheese + bean pupusas. They were standard sized and not overly filled. Pretty good and cheap!

Ran out of rice so they had to turn a vegetarian away — I’m trying a super burrito with rice instead. Will update my experience post meal. Edit: Now a slightly upset patron who had her flautas given to a later customer. A small kerfuffle. Guy isn’t the most pleasant so it’s easy to take this the wrong way. Double edit: after the burrito I advise my stars up half — was a pretty wet burrito but had an interesting set of flavors attached to it. A bit of a sour from the herbs, a bit savory. Had the al pastor btw for 7 bucks. Will round up to 4 if they show consistency.
