I’d highly recommend Grace to anyone. She helped us buy our first home, and came highly recommended from a friend. Grace had an excellent command of the San Francisco market across a broad range of price points and neighborhoods, long-​established relationships with seemingly everyone involved (from other agents to contractors, architects, and title co. representatives), and the personality and diligence that leads to positive results for her clients. I never got the feeling that she was pushing us to bid on a home or what amount to bid, but rather presenting us with options to choose from and the likely outcome in each case. She didn’t hesitate to push us away from properties that were not a great value. I also never felt that she paid attention to what her commission would be, or favored us bidding on higher priced listings rather than lower priced ones.
Grace understands that the real estate business is a relationship-​based business, and the best way to be successful in the long term is to maximize client happiness rather than any individual commission. She has that rare combination of being both sincerely charming and endearing, while also being strategic and (when needed) firm in a negotiation. In our situation, we found a place we loved and wanted to make an aggressive offer to be sure we were one of the final bids considered. Her advice lead us to exactly that, and we ended up excited owners of an apartment that’s perfect for us.

I’ve worked with Grace numerous times over the last 3 – 4 years. Most recently on a transaction finishing earlier this month. As always, she was extremely on top of things and went to great length to negotiate the best possible deal for her clients. Many agents put the transaction itself first but Grace very clearly puts her clients first all the way through till closing. I’ve referred my personal friends to her which says a lot as I’ve been in this business for 10 years and have many realtor contacts.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Grace when I listed my San Francisco condo with Grace and a coworker. I chose Grace because of her tremendous knowledge with short sales and she has a proven track record. I knew my sale would be particularly challenging (pending litigation with the building, leins, etc…).

Grace has been my agent in several transactions. I met her at an open house she was holding and immediately knew she was someone I could trust. We began a search for a unit in San Francisco. This is not an easy city to be an agent in and Grace impressed me with her knowledge of the different types of properties as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each type. Her goal was in making sure I made an educated decision rather than just «making a sale».
I was so impressed with her service and knowledge, I engaged her services when I was ready to move on… this was in 2008, no less. She worked diligently in trying to put together a deal in the Bay Area in the most difficult market ever. I couldn’t secure financing and ended up moving to Palm Springs. Grace handled that purchase as well learning about a new area and getting me a great deal in a crazy market. I hired her to sell my TIC in a market in which TIC’s were not selling. Grace’s tenacity eventually resulted in a favorable sale. Not only that but it took 23 months to sell (no fault of Grace’s) and Grace found me a tenant to financially hold me over until conditions were aligned for a sale.
