Jeff is fantastic. Lots of architects can draw a great plan — but he’s got great people skills too. He helped us with two small residential projects and both were a big success.
He gently encourages you to abandon your own lame ideas (without being condescending or rude) and he helps you work on your better ideas. When it’s done, you’ve got a combination of your best ideas, his amazing ideas, and a solid understanding of building codes and practical matters. He’s patient and not at all a prima donna — and a lot of architects are impossible to tolerate in that way.
Best of all, he’s willing to do smaller stuff in addition to his crazy-​huge projects and his rates are fair.
