This man will never remove you from his mailing lists, regardless how many times you ask him and despite getting his word that he would. Give him your details with caution, you’ll end up on 1990’s style marketing emails in the CC field with about 200 of his other «clients.» Gustavo represents everything that is wrong with the San Francisco real estate market.

Set up a meeting with me for 1pm — he chose the time — and then when I confirmed same day he said he has a «full plate» and can’t do it. This is after I was already at the location and would have never said anything had I of not reached out to confirm. Completely unapologetic. Sad that this type of real estate agent can have any type of success in SF but unfortunately this is the case.

Gustavo is a true real estate professional who made the extra effort in marketing and showcasing our property from our first meeting until the property was leased. He quickly had professional photos and a video of the property posted to over 50 web sites. Gustavo made what could have been an overwhelming process into a simple, straightforward transaction that delivered quick results. We hope to be able to work with Gustavo again in the future and highly recommend him.

Gustavo was true to his word of finding me qualified renters for my San Francisco apartment. He made a video and listed my property on multiple sites and then showed it to multiple parties. He executed the entire transaction efficiently and with great attitude. Prospective renter seemed to like him very much and he was so helpful to me as a landlord in from start to finish. I recommend him very highly.
