Hook Fish Co is a seafood business in San Francisco, CA. We are committed to sourcing from hook & line fishermen and providing our community of consumers with insight to their local seafood by highlighting where the fish was caught, who caught it, and methods used.

History

Established in 2014.

After time spent bike touring down the Pacific Coast of CA and the Baja peninsula surfing, fishing, and interacting with local fishermen whose lives depend on and are inspired by the ocean, we returned to our San Francisco community. Here we recognized a need for quality seafood in our neighborhood with a transparent sourcing ethic.

We began Hook Fish Co as a catering and popup business. In June 2015, we started operating at Cajun Pacific a couple days a week to continue building a following and sharing our food with our community.
