The next time you decide to purchase a car, we would recommend visiting the infinity showroom on Van Ness. The staff is cordial and friendly. Do ask for Rafael when you get there, he ensured that we got a good car and also enjoyed the ride. And while your there, grab a cup of coffee as well, which was pretty good too.

This place is a total rip off and deserves no stars. Ever since they changed the service management /​service team, this location has gone out of its way to rip people off. First, my I make an appointment for 4p by phone only to be told upon arrival, I have to leave my car overnight. Then I am told it’ll run me $ 90 for an OIL CHANGE. $ 200 to replace the battery. I understand that each dealership sets its own price… but damn Nissan this is bad for your brand that you allow crooks to operate using your name and your brand. Take your wheels to Serramonte or see Nick in the South Bay — they’re not crooks.

It’s rare to see such a nice car dealership! Honestly it’s a pleasure to be inside their showroom and everyone I worked with was friendly. I called about a used electric car they had on the lot. I came here to get my car serviced for the first time and had a positive experience here with no trouble at all. You can call to make an appointment or do it online (which I think may be easier — you can view the entire schedule and re-​schedule with ease). They have 2 entrances, one for customers and one for service (both located on Bush St.). First off, this dealership is incredibly new and beautiful — I was seriously impressed. The experience was very easy — all you really need to do is bring in your car, you don’t even need to show any documents and they can pull up all your vehicle history and information in their system, everything from warranties and pre-​paid packages, to recalls. They also finished on time and gave me a courtesy call. Afterwards, they briefed me thoroughly on the status of the car and luckily everything checked out A-​OK. The dealership is also in a great location on Van Ness and near Polk street if you need time to kill while your car is being worked on. 5 stars!

We live and work in San Francisco and we were in the market for a sporty SUV. On are way home we decided to call SF Infiniti on Van Ness. After speaking with Jordan we were able to start our buying process. He was in constant contact with us by text, searching for the right vehicle for us. Well, I am a little disheartened to write this, but it is something that has been bugging me for a while and I feel it needs to be said. I recently sold my 2004 Infiniti G35 coupe, which I loved dearly. After a change up of Management in the Maintenance department, I noticed that every time I brought my car in, it needed some sort of repair. The first of which was only a few hundred dollars. The second of which, started as a few hundred, then by the time I picked my car up it totaled over $ 2500! This was through multiple «things found» once they opened up the engine. Given that my car was 12 years old, I trusted that the problems seemed realistic. The kicker… the repairs didn’t even fix my problem. My next visit, amongst other «issues» I «needed» new brakes and rotors… the cost $ 650 PER WHEEL! (I opted to go after market for $ 288/​wheel instead).
Given the maintenance issues that I was «having» I decided to look in to selling the car. After getting a dismal trade-​in quote from the dealer, I used a reputable company that performed a 200 point inspection. My car passed with flying colors, which really raised the question as to whether I was getting played by the maintenance department here… especially since a few of the recommended «issues» were not repaired.
After many years of great service and building my trust here, I am sad to say I would NEVER consider bringing another car here again for repairs.
Building trust and having long term customers is far more valuable than making a quick buck… I hope the lesson will be learned.

Great customer service from Paulo and Manny. I love this dealership, it’s clean, bright and spacious. At first I didn’t want to waste my time here because of the location on Vaness Street, probably one of the most busiest and most congested streets in SF. However, upon arriving the indoor parking was extremely at ease and tons of available parking. The customer waiting area was spacious, clean and they have a TV for enjoyment. Friendly staff. I love my new car. Thank you and will visit again.

Please don’t think that they will charge more price just because they have the MOST BEAUTIFUL Showroom in the entire bay area (FACT! U must check it out for real). Rather they were the only dealership to give me the cheapest rate and sent me written quotes over emails and text messages. No dealership will be straight up and be transparent about the prices like these guys.

The oil filler cap on my 2005 Altima wasn’t coming off. So I reluctantly went to the «stealership» and asked if they could help me out. Not only were they courteous, but they broke the cap off and replaced it for free. I had to buy the $ 5 replacement part of course, but they didn’t charge me for labor. I was reluctant to drive into SF to buy a car, but thought why not. I have test driven several SUV’s over the last 6 months and could not commit. I will not comment on the Infiniti Qx50 (although I am in love) as that would be a personal choice, but rather the dealership and the gentleman who sold me the car.
I was running late on the last Saturday of the month. The salesman Ali S. was so accommodating, walking me around showing me the different vehicles, explaining the specs, why I should choose one over another, but ultimately allowing me to make my own decision. No pressure, took a test drive. I really loved the car, but still wanted to know if this dealership would take care of me. It is gorgeous, easy to park, and has a lovely showroom. More importantly Ali and his team took their time not to pressure me (I am a single woman, and sometimes «we» hate buying cars). I was there until 10:30pm Saturday night, we got the deal done! Traded in my old clunker for a beautiful new vehicle with only 5 miles on it. Thank You Ali for making my car buying decision easy and pressure free.

He is great; fun, and personable making the entire experience enjoyable. Nate helped finalize the deal. His tech is sweet and helps lay everything in a nice visible way. My sister wanted to purchase and test drive a 2016 Nissan Leaf S so we decided to submit a online inquiry and Joel got back to us instantly. He was able to assist us with making an appointment and when we go there he presented himself along with introducing us to the sales person Ricardo who was going to help us with our purchase and assist us with our test drive. The dealership is very nice and clean and everyone here made me feel comfortable and welcome. We’ve just bought an excellent car here and had a great experience! A very professional crew and assistance. We bought our car from Ewa Zender, who was very knowledgeable and smoothly walked us through the lease vs financing options. Make sure that you ask for Ewa (pronounced: Ava!) to get a great VIP treatment. We also had two different test drives with Ewa, all in a very friendly environment, we did not feel the sales push that you can very often experience in other showrooms. They also have a good selection of refreshments — Starbucks coffee, good green teas and a popcorn machine.
Before we settled with Infiniti, we visited few other showrooms, including BMW, Audi and Mazda, but the customer experience was not at all comparable with Infiniti. We went for QX50, which is a great car, very spacious with a lot of legroom in the back, great engine and superior internal design, great choice if you are an outdoorsy person spending weekends skiing in Tahoe or hiking in Yosemite, but at the same time you do not want to own a soulless SUV and like the elegant feel.

This place is just great. Salesmen are knowledgeable in both Infiniti and Nissans, the dealership itself is a huge 7-​floor building with an imposing selection of new and pre-​owned vehicles. It seems the service department has undergone a new management change in December where they want to push and sell more (understandable, but they sacrificed the quality of the customer experience). I have been coming here for the last 2.5 years to get my car serviced because of the quick, helpful, friendly and no-​nonsense service. Today, I was immediately met with pressure and sales tactics for unwanted services on my car. When I rejected the services, it seems I was immediately unwanted as a customer by my advisor, Hai. I just wanted a routine oil change which seems to have doubled in price since I last had one. It used to cost about $ 60 and now it’s over $ 120. With there new management, pressure tactics, and doubled prices, I will no longer be returning here.

Sadly the actual process of trading in and buying my new car was great but their detail team completely damaged my clear coat and left swirl marks all over my car that took a pretty penny to get it sanded down and fix. I accepted the car on the precedent that they’d pay for the damage since they literally agreed to it. Almost 2 months later they are totally unresponsive about reimbursing me. It’s like no one even works there anymore magically.

I was recently referred by a friend who had a great experience so I figured I’d give them a try. I had driven by this location so many times, I actually had no idea how big it was (8 stories) and was really impressed with how immaculately clean it is inside!
Quynh and his team made my car buying experience super smooth and painless, which was a huge unexpected bonus! I am also really glad I came here because they have an amazing car selection and I was able to get the exact model and color I wanted right away.
The service was excellent throughout the whole process and I felt like they took really great care of me, which I sincerely appreciated. Parking is also super easy as they have a customer parking area right off of Eddy (between Franklin and Van Ness).
They also have a very nice, comfortable and «stocked» waiting area upstairs with a TV, some couches, vending machines and my favorite… Starbucks coffee! :D

Scott could not have been more helpful. It’s a long story but I needed help figuring out what part I was missing to change a tire (doesn’t sound too confusing but it was). After a few minutes of looking around in the car, Scott said «I hate losing» and I knew we were gonna figure it out! Sure enough, we did and were able to track down the right part in the store. Probably about an hour of work on his part for what ended up being a small inexpensive part for me. Super impressed!

I am updating my review. The GSM followed up on my concerns in the last couple of weeks and took care of the expenses for the car detailing. He also took steps to reimburse me $ 130 more than what I incurred for the car detail as a measure of compensating for the hassles I went through.
I appreciate the gesture (not so much the $ 130 compensation I got — but more the follow up on my concerns).
I sincerely hope that these incidents do not recur and that other customers feel more confident and at ease with buying cars at Nissan of San Francisco.

which was $ 500 more over everyone else from the bay area, but ultimately it turned out better and had the inventory (vehicles) with the options. As well being located in SF. Post the offer, we did have to go back and forth regarding the offer they came back
Put that all together that’s amazing as typically is more expensive just being in SF.

I have done service here many times before on my Nissan Murano and been very happy. I came into my 7:15am scheduled service after I was told on the phone when scheduling my appointment that the technicians come in at 7am and they need 15 minutes to get ready so the first service cannot start before 7:15am, which sounds totally reasonable to me. When I come with my car Friday morning at my scheduled 7:15am service schedule, the service representative Sam Earnest tells me the technicians don’t come in before 7:30 am and will be starting to do service on my car at 8am, and will finish around 9 – 9:30am. That was the first surprise I got.
The 2nd surprise was that suddenly an oil change went from below $ 50 (I have done many of my scheduled service visit here before and knew the price very well) to one of 3 options: Minimum: $ 115, Value: $ 151 and Premium: $ 208. And this was for a regular scheduled oil change at 93,750 miles. Sam offered me a «less good» service option without the complimentary car wash and «just an oil change» to speed things up and make it even cheaper.
This is the first time I have ever felt cheated by Nissan. I am looking for a new car and the scheduled service is very important to my car purchasing decision, and if i cannot trust the service department I cannot purchase a Nissan Infinity in San Francisco.

I came to Nissan to buy a used car. Found one I loved but I had to think on it. My sales person was Allen and he was horrible. Did not care about me or my needs, I felt unwanted and not at all welcomed. It was unfortunate that I loved the car so much because I really didn’t want to come back and give him my business.
I gave this place 5 stars because i came back and had a wonderful experience with Charly Peoples!!! She’s so wonderful and helpful. She doesn’t sell cars, she helps people buy cars. If you go to Nissan, request Charly. She’s the sweetest, and she will help you with whatever you need. Literally. I had a headache while we were doing paperwork and she brought me chocolate. For the service department: Mr. Conrad is courteous and a pleasure to work with. Repairs are explained clearly. Service is done in a timely fashion and without pressure or hard upsells like other shops. My experience at Infiniti was awesome Charly People’s really helped me find what I was looking for she was really into what I wanted in a car she was great very patient and calming hands down the best sales person I have ever met. Because I was with Lexus for a few years and had a Lexus ES 2013 Lexus of coliseum was bullshit. Infiniti did everything to help me plus the dealership is beautiful the interior is magnificent and it’s like 6 floors full of cars. If you go inside Infiniti trust you will be leaving with a vehicle. Finance was awesome even the secretary was on point. But most of all Charly really helped me and I’m so thankful for her help because I actually got what I wanted which was a suv !!!

Last week I took some time off of work and went to this Infiniti dealer to see and test drive an Infiniti QX50. After being taken all around the dealership, the salesperson came to the conclusion they did not have one on property and that the loaners were all loaned out.
I asked to speak to the managers (there were two) to tell them that I was disappointed that they did not have one on premises nor that they held back one of the loaners for customers and they did not apologize (at first) and explained that if had I made an appointment then they would of been in the wrong and responsible to have one available for me to test drive. I told them that in 25 years of buying cars that dealers always had their cars in stock to test drive and that it was a reasonable expectation for the dealer to have one in stock. I said it is like going to a steak house and they were out of steak, people expect a steakhouse to have steak!
They told me that the car was so popular that they cannot keep it in stock, which feels like spin. Another way to spin that is that the management is incompetent at forecasting demand and didn’t plan accordingly by ordering more cars or holding back a loaner.
I wasn’t going to write a negative review because they eventually apologized and offered to make it right. They took my number and offered to drive a loaner car to my work when it comes back in so that I could test drive it. It has been more than a week and no call. That is a fail, offer to make things right, and another fail at trying to fix things. This place wasted my time and made an empty promise. I don’t trust them and will not give them a third chance. I will likely go back to Lexus and buy another one of their cars.
The only reason they are not getting one star is that the two sales people I talked with were nice and tried their best be helpful even though they did not have their product in stock.

Hands down the worst dealership I have ever been to. In particular Al Maher is likely the worst service coordinator I have ever met in my life. A complete jerk.
My transmission malfunctioned and instead of helping me, they misdiagnosed my vehicle and tried to charge me $ 1300 for a «cooler» (which wasn’t even needed). After escalating this issue further they denied me future service at that location.
Luckily the Nissan Executive CEO took an active interest in my case and referred me to Colma Nissan instead where I was taken care of the second I walked in the door.
I have nothing but terrible things to say about Nissan SF and would not recommend anyone to this location.
I honestly am cringing even giving NISSAN SF one star, but that’s the bare minimum to write a review.
If you want quality service go to Colma Nissan. Or quite frankly ANYWHERE but this dump.

It’s the second time that I’m leasing a car at Nissan on Vann ness, and Ewa Zender is amazing! She took care off me and gave me the perfect cars! Really glad and highly recommended!

During the past few years, I’ve purchase a few cars from Infiniti dealership and had a pleasant experience during the purchase. The cars (g35 and g37) are also highly reliable and did not have any problems. I still love my G37.
When I called them up to see if they carried a license plate holder for a front bumper, they said that they would sell it to me for $ 95. I am talking about a piece of plastic that should cost no more than $ 15. When I said that I did not get one when I purchased the car, they said that they still had to charge me. It is like going to the restaurant and ordering a soup, and then being charge for a spoon. No more Infiniti for me.

After spending little over 3 hours here yesterday, I drove away with a beautiful white color 2014 Infiniti Q50. The facility was absolutely beautiful. My first time at a dealership where all cars are on different levels in the high-​rise building instead of an outdoor parking lot. Can you imagine buying a car and don’t have to get wet during raining season, because there won’t be a moment from test driving to the point of purchase that you have to be standing in the rain for it… I like that :)
Price was great, thanks to Brook (GM)! Finance rate was good; certified pre-​owned vehicles can be as low as 1.90% depending on your credit score. Customer service was exceptional by Chip Clemens. He is friendly, and very knowledgeable of their cars. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a car.
To make car shopping less stressful I also recommend doing research online for pricing on the car you want so you don’t have to waste time test driving and negotiating. What I’ve done on my last two vehicles was that I called to see if the dealerships have the car I want and if they could do the price that I’m looking for before I go in, so when I do go in all I had to do was make sure the car was driving the way I expected then the deal is done… Just my two cents :)
Finance paperwork was so painless, I’m so grateful :). Overall experience at this dealership was pleasant. I recommend this dealership and Chip, and I will return if I’m looking for another Infiniti… happy shopping!

SERVICE DEPT. Hands down the best service I ever received! From the moment I pulled into the building I was greeted instantly by friendly staff! I knew my car was acting a little «off» when i went to another Nissan Dealership a few months ago and they said it was fine. When i brought it here for a routine oil change I didn’t even have to tell them anything, they did a multi-​point vehicle inspection and found two major problems! You can tell they are thorough and are expert mechanics. My service advisor Robert S. was awesome! He explained everything! He called me with updates on the status of my car and gave me a detailed verbal & written summary of what was wrong, what was going to happen and followed through to make an appointment when parts arrived!
I came back today to drop off my car but service advisor Robert wasn’t in yet, however AL M. helped me out. He was just as friendly and helpful. Although I had bad news about my car the phenomenal service here made it (a lil) easier to bare.
OH the car wash from Saturday was amazing! My tires were shiny, the body and interior were sparkling clean… it looked better than it does when I take it to the car wash! KUDOS to that department! Aaand the shuttle driver!
