Sarah is a skilled and attentive physician. I was referred by a chiropractor for tinnitus and received a comprehensive treatment session that addressed so much more. Sarah was generous with her anatomical/​medical knowledge, made sure I was physically comfortable throughout the hour (room temperature, blankets, pillows), and answered my questions in depth with a colorful model of a skull.
As I was walking to work after our session, I genuinely felt more like myself — more grounded, open, comfortable, and calm — than I have in weeks. I recommend Sarah’s work to anyone seeking gentle, effective, skilled treatment. I will be returning as often as possible.

I was plagued all summer with debilitating vertigo along with shoulder and neck pain; went to an ENT who gave me a shot in the ear which did nothing, wanted to put me on high blood pressure medication for tinnitus, and ignored major symptoms, flippantly diagnosing those as TMJ. After ignoring him and a second opinion of his recommendation, I finally found an integrative medical practice who recommended that I try cranial sacral therapy, that is when I found Sarah.
After the first visit I was 80% healed, the vertigo disappeared, and she was actually able to successfully diagnose the problem that 3 doctors could not. This treatment is not magical, it is mechanical on a very subtle level. Sarah is very professional and gifted in this work.

Since May I have seen Sarah weekly to address shoulder, neck and back issues that have plagued me for over 15 years. Most recently I saw her when I was under high stress and pulled my back. I was feeling back to normal after just a few days. Her hands are magic. I don’t understand CranioSacral but I’m hooked as a mode of therapy that works for me. Chiropractic never got me to this point after nearly 5 years and tons of money spent. Sarah is so humble for her amazing knowledge base. I always enjoy seeing her and benefit from her care. Long overdue review… I’ve been seeing Sarah for over 2 years. Following the «in sickness and in health» thinking, I make an appointment even when I’m feeling good just so I stay that way.

Sarah is the best body worker I have ever been to! She is a truly gifted healer, and an amazing person. She is caring, kind, funny, and engaged, and really extends herself for her patients. Her commitment to her practice is so clear and intuitive, as

After having one knee surgery, and before having a second surgery on my other knee, I was referred to Sarah. I had not had much luck with any kind of body work, so I wasn’t sure what to expect and did not have alot of hope.
A muscle sprain I developed after the first surgery that was impossible for me to get rid of was completely gone after Sarah worked on it. She also focused on lymphatic massage right before and after the second surgery, and I believe it made a profoundly positive difference. After the second surgery my knee was much less inflamed compared to after the first surgery. After the first surgery I had a rash on my leg for months, and that did not develop after the second surgery. I believe the treatment I received from Sarah was critical in helping my body clear out inflammation after surgery, and I am so grateful to her for helping me heal through my second surgery.
I really believe that I would not be where I am today and healing as well as I am
if it were not for Sarah. I am so grateful for all she has given me, and cannot

Sarah Rezny is the best CranioSacral Therapist I’ve been to. As well as being intuitive, she is extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of the body. She has had many years of education and that definitely shows during our sessions together.
I’ve been seeing her regularly for over two years now. I am a highly sensitive person and Sarah has worked with me to adjust our sessions to my sensitivity so that our work together is gentle yet effective. She is very in tune with my body and it’s needs, yet always listens to what I have to say and puts that first.
She just worked on my liver last week, and I felt releases in my hip and neck, and I could take a bigger, deeper breath than I had in a really long time! She also helps give relief from headaches, back and neck aches, digestion issues, dizziness, and old injuries.

After almost 10 months of my 7-​year-​old son having water taking up to 40% of his inner ear, and on the brink of having him put under general anethesia and have a hole poked in his eardrum and a tube inserted, Sarah drained his inner ear in one, non-​evasive, my-​kid-​loved-​it session. She is gentle, professional, knowledgeable, intuitive and gifted.
She’s also honest and committed to her client’s well-​being. I saw Sarah about a year ago for TMJ issues and after three sessions, I hadn’t had substantial improvement. She encouraged me to seek help elsewhere, which I did. (My jaw has adapted.) I appreciate a healthcare professional who is willing to say, «I feel like I’ve done what I can.»
