Isabela Staycer

I started taking Bela’s Power Pilates class at The Sports Club, and she really knew her discpline. I had been training with a trainer for the last year and a half and I was getting pretty lean, but I decided that I take a different approach and stopped weight training. I am grateful that I did. Bela takes the time to really understand your body and its weaknesses. She has transformed my body, I have definition in my abs, my posture is excellent and I now my arms are looking lean and tone.
Diet has also played a role in my new body, but in the past 6 months, I have trained with Bela twice a week and my friends want to know my secret, because they think I lost 10 pounds! I’ve only lost 4 pounds.
I do not miss weight training at all. I’m now training for the AIDS Lifecycle ride and Bela is doing her magic, I just cycled 70 miles today and if I didn’t have strong glutes and core, I would not be able to ride strong. Thank you Bela.
