Dennis is the best contractor I have ever seen in my life.
First of all, Dennis really deserves the five star rating. This is the highest rating I have given to anyone. I am usually very picky about rating. I don’t usually write the reviews on Unilocal.Dennis is the general contractor, who is also the owner of JDB construct.. I am the genuine customer, unlike other people on Unilocal.I live in Daly City and I want to do tile setting in my backyard So, I called Dennis. He promptly called me back, came to my home and gave me the estimate. He did the great job tiling on my backyard which is approximately 400 sqft, in Daly City. He gave me low estimate. He was losing money. However, unlike other people, he didn’t refuse to do the job or he didn’t ask for more money. He is truly professional. He took the job and finished the job amazingly. He beautifully did title setting on my backyard.
Long story short — He is truly professional. He is honest and hardworking. He doesn’t have any attitude unlike other arrogant contractors. He did the outstanding job on my backyard. I am very satisfied with his job. A++ rating. He is nice and friendly. His price is very reasonable. Hire him. highly recommended ! What more could I say? I am looking for 3 things «Honesty, great job and reasonable price.» If you are looking for the same as me, just hire him. You wouldn’t regret it.

Hired to install a bathroom fan, was late most of the time, some days didn’t even show up. On top of that the the fan made a loud grinding noise which he said was normal but it didn’t seem that way. Didn’t ask him to come back to finish the job, just found out today the fan was installed completely wrong, waste of $ 400…find someone else to do a job like this. Be careful who you take referrals from…

Dennis and his crew just finished our bathroom remodel and we are so pleased with the result. My wife is an interior designer and has worked with Dennis on many client projects (who were all very pleased) so we decided to hire him to remodel our own home. The bathroom project was completed in less than a month– very close to his original estimated timeline and bid. AND it looks great!

I own a very small business that needed a code upgrade. We called a lot of contractors that couldn’t be bothered. The job was too small to attrack any of the big contractors we initially contacted.

We worked exclusively from the beginning, with the owner, Dennis. What seemed, at first to be a normal, standard handicapped door access turned into a problem. Dennis stood by his work, and made himself available repeatedly until the doors worked perfectly.
