And finally we found it last month with Jim’s help. Jim get to know his client and think from their position. He is very experience and knowledgable on real estate. Jim has been extremely through out the home buying process as well as the home search process. Seventeen years ago, Jim helped my mother and father purchase our very first home. He provided excellent service and was incredibly informative and honest. This time around, Jim has helped me purchase my first home. Jim was very persistent and stuck with us the whole process. Jim knew exactly which type of house we were looking for and what would fit our budget. He is very informed regarding the housing market and is able to scope out potential homes that fit our needs and wants. Jim was very patient with us as we had many, many questions because the market has changed so much since our first home purchase. Jim and Amy were integral in helping my family find a lovely place they can call home! It met everyone’s criteria from schools, safety, proximity to public transportation, and walkable distance to nearby stores (and of course, budget)! 20 years ago my mom was looking for a house to purchase and the first agent didn’t bother to help her and thought she was wasn’t his time taking her too see homes. Then we found Jim, he picked up my mom found work everyday to take her house seeing. After a few months, we finally found a home we liked. After we moved in, Jim took time out of his busy schedule to take us to costco to make purchases since we didn’t have a car at that time. Not to many agents will continue to help their customers after the purchase is completed.
Seven years ago, we contacted Jim again and he helped us close on our new home. He Is one of the best agents and honest agents out there. Just recent purchased our 3^rd home with him.
