I just sold my house in San Francisco. Joan Loeffler, along with her colleague Jim Beitzel, provided excellent service from start to finish. In close consultation with me, Joan was able to provide and carry out a fine marketing plan. Joan moved things along at a brisk (but not hurried) pace. She recommended certain improvements and upgrades which made the house look great and brought a better price. Joan knew a fine stager and a variety of workers, and took charge of coordinating and scheduling the work; this was important because I was busy with moving elsewhere and working my job. When there were glitches with workpeople, Joan handled those effectively. Joan even pitched in a did some work on her own – to make the house nicer.
By the time the house went on the market, it really looked stunning!
I was very, very impressed with the communication process with Joan. With email and phone, we stayed in close contact every step of the way. My questions were always answered promptly.
Joan also provided a steady presence and a warm, caring feeling tone. Since I had lived in the house for 31 years, there were moments of emotional processing (letting go) I had to undergo, and both Joan and Jim were very kind and supportive at that level of feeling.
Finally, the price the house fetched was quite satisfying, and this will help me to realize my goal of retiring in a few years.
