Challenging experiences tend to feel most difficult when we struggle with them alone. Therapy can be a great source of support and relief, and a catalyst for hope and positive change.
As a therapist, I see myself as a peaceful warrior for my clients’ healing and growth. With gentleness, respect, and an open mind, I collaborate with clients in processes of self-exploration and encourage them to develop skills of compassionate self-awareness. With support and guidance, clients are able to interrupt unwanted patterns, heal old wounds, build skills of resilience, move toward what they care about, and experience more connectedness, fulfillment, wellbeing, and joy.
I work with individuals, couples, and families in English and Spanish.

Business Owner
I am an Marriage and Family Therapy Intern (IMF 75 816) supervised by Jessica Wolk Benson, MFT. My current orientation and training is primarily focused on Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. I feel myself most at home in the AEDP model, with its mindful and embodied experiential approach; its profound and skillfully applied understanding of neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and attachment and psychodynamic theories; and the authenticity and intimacy that it allows and encourages in each therapeutic relationship.
I earned my masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies and received a strong foundation in psychodynamic, self-psychological, relational, and transpersonal individual, couples, and group work at the Pierce Street Integral Counseling Center. In addition to my private practice and ongoing training in AEDP, I am currently interning and training in somatic psychotherapy at the Lomi Psychotherapy Clinic in Santa Rosa.
