She is currently in full time clinical practice at Azzolino Chiropractic Neurology & Integrative Wellness in San Francisco specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of various neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. She has extensive experience working with children and adults with ADHD, anxiety, degenerative disc disease, depression, developmental delays, dyslexia, learning differences, sciatica, tic disorders, vertigo, and many more. Dr. McDermont provides a 360 degree approach to patient care that encompasses chiropractic, physiotherapy, functional nutrition and receptor based therapies to maximize your healing potential.

Business Owner
Dr. McDermont grew up in the Midwest and completed her undergraduate education focusing on Kinesiology at University of Illinois with honors. There, she was President of McKinley Health Center’s Special Populations Health Concerns Committee. Through this role, she organized health fairs for over 4000 people, gave health education workshops for special populations including minorities, LGBT, international students, etc., and did other community outreach volunteer work in the health field. She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University where she graduated Cum Laude and received the Contemporary Scientific Paradigms Award for her graduating class. She has over 1000 hours of functional neurology training and is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (DACNB). She serves the community by doing volunteering in classrooms, teaching workshops to teachers, and teaching exercise classes for all ages. She appreciates any opportunity to do health education.
