History

Established in 1988.

For over 25 years, we have our main office in the Humboldt Bank Building at 785 Market Street in San Francisco. For the last 15 years, our office occupies the entire 15th floor of the building. We also have six other offices in San Jose, Walnut Creek, Sacramento, Santa Rosa, Napa and Ukiah.

Christopher Kerosky, Esq., the firm’s founder, has been representing immigrants before the U.S. immigration court and immigration service for over 25 years.

Wilson Purves, Esq. is a licensed attorney in California and Argentina. He acts as legal counsel for the Consulate of Mexico in San Francisco and appears regularly on various radio programs on immigration subjects throughout Northern California.

Susanna Bogue, Esq. is a certified immigration specialist with over 20 years of experience. She is Of Counsel for the firm.

Business Owner

Christopher A. Kerosky has been a lawyer since 1984. He has extensive experience as an immigration and business lawyer.

Mr. Kerosky received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt School of Law).

He served as Counsel with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

He founded Kerosky & Associates in 1989.

For the last four years, San Francisco Magazine has named Kerosky as one of the top attorneys in Northern California — 2006 – 2009 SF Magazine Super Lawyers Edition.

Mr. Kerosky also writes a column for several local newspapers on legal subjects.

In addition to his law practice, he serves as Honorary Consul for the government of Poland in San Francisco.

He is fluent in Polish and speaks conversationally in Russian and Spanish
