Best place in town to watch Soccer — Copa America!

This is the sponsor pub for the bocce league I play in, so I’m not going to knock on it too hard because I really do appreciate the weekly buy 1 get 1 pitchers! What I will say is that when it’s quiet here, the service is slow. And when it’s super packed here, the service is almost non-existent. It’s not that the servers and bartenders aren’t working their asses off, because they are! I believe the issue is that they’re understaffed. The food is typical American pub fare — nachos, wings, onion rings, etc. The bourbon wings are pretty great, and I like that a group of us can come and get pitchers of anything from Bud to Lagunitas IPA. This is a good spot to watch all kinds of sports games, but especially soccer. They also do a fun Oscars watch party. Just make sure if you’re coming to eat and drink during a game, get there early to get enough seats and hopefully be served before the real craziness starts.

Writing this review while waiting for my waitress to pick up the check. It’s maybe been like 20 minutes. Short blonde hair waitress is literally the worst and I won’t be returning purely because of how horrible she was

My order every time I come here: — Buffalo wings — Bourbon wings* — Tortilla soup — Mini sausage corn dog* — Margarita w/no salt Best buffalo wings in SF! The bourbon wings are pretty bomb too. They also have the best tortilla soup. The roasted pepper makes it. *Food items ordered when with a large of people

Very spicy delicious wings. A small child poured salt all over the table and took his pants off and then licked the salt off the table it was HILARIOUS. Great bloody marys too. A+

The wings are very good and the garlic fries are just a perfect combination. I enjoy the atmosphere especially the old pictures on the walls.

This place is my go-to for Eagles games. Amazing wings, great staff who always remembers us and solid Guinness pours. Not your average sports bar!

Back in 2012, I was lucky enough to catch the Giants clinch another world series. I was also lucky enough to be here that night. Definitely memorable with champagne bottles popping everywhere, and being in a crowd of cheers and mayhem. Food is pretty good. Thier wings are one of my favorite. Good beer and drink options as well. Servers are all nice and down to earth. Something I’ll never forget: A random girl decided to climb on top of the bar during the world series celebration, and as usual started dancing. She lost her balance and fell over backwards behind the bar. My brother’s reaction was priceless. Hope she’s okay though!

I was in the neighborhood trying to kill some time. Since Ice Cream Bar down the block was closed, we decided to give this place a try given that it was one of the only food places open around here. The ambience is really nice here. The lighting is dim with some decorative lights hanging along the walls and windows. There’s a bar area with booths and some tables. There is also a dining area in the back if you want it to be quieter. It’s definitely a nice place to go with a group of friends to catch up and talk! I wasn’t that hungry so we only ordered an appetizer and a cocktail. The fried calamari was nicely breaded and I liked how it came with fried slices of jalapeños. The portion was reasonable but it seemed like there was an equal ratio of calamari and jalapeño. So if you don’t like jalapeños, I wouldn’t recommend it. The calamari was pretty average tasting. My friend ordered the lavender haze cocktail and I had a sip of it. Boy was that a strong cocktail. The liquor taste was so overwhelming that I couldn’t really taste the lavender. My friend thought it was okay but it was a little strong. The service was really great. Our server was really friendly and tried to have small talk with us and made us feel more comfortable. Though what we ordered today was just okay, I still want to come back to give it another try and try other things on the menu.

I was looking for a place to watch a Liverpool match whilst visiting San Francisco and found this via the local Liverpool FC Supporters Club @LFCSF on Twitter — opens really early to allow for the time difference between the States and UK so fantastic for watching live with a good Irish breakfast and either a large coffee or, in my case, a couple of pints of IPA! Set me up nicely for the day! Packed out because the Rugby World Cup was on in one room and the(English) football in the other but that just added to the atmosphere with lots of shirts being worn by fans of respective teams including Liverpool, Southampton(for the football match) and Australians and Argentinians for the rugby. A long walk back mostly via Golden Gate Park meant I walked off the breakfast(and beer) and got to see other parts of San Francisco that I wouldn’t have done otherwise. Would definitely go back!

Yeeee! Love how lively and friendly this place feels. Perfect spot to go watch a football or basket ball game on weekends/Monday nights. I went there on a Friday night with my friends and we had a great time. I only gave four stars because I feel like the music is a bit too loud and sometimes it gets annoying when you can’t hear other people talk. But that’s the only bad thing about Kezar. FOOD: very good!!! Their reputation is true, people. Get these wings. And then, get more. Apparently their burgers are quite good as well, and so are the sweet potato fries. DRINKS: Classic beer selection. I advise you share a pitcher, it’s quite a bargain. PRICE: Decent, not overpriced at all. Will be back very soon!!!

Best sports bar in the city. It is located right across from the Niners’ old stomping grounds, Kezar Stadium. The bar is a pretty decent size; they have TONs of tvs, long picnic benches, pool, darts, large beer selection and, most importantly, great bar food. Great for groups and sports fanatics. Order the wings and beer in one of the 100 ounce soccer ball beer dispensers.

This is my kinda place. 5 star since the bar tender complimented me on my lagunitas shirt. Plenty of tvs. Crowd was late 20’s and up, which is perfect for just hanging out with some friends on a weekday. Got their hot wings, awesome as expected. Definitely a sweet spot for sports junkies.

This place is my favorite bar in SF. Really mellow sports vibe. Excellent food. The wings are some of the best I’ve ever had. Service is amazing. That guy who posted a bitchy review and picture about the French fry on the floor should stick to getting drinks from Jamba Juice and keep his face shut.

Wings are pretty good here. Best in San Francisco(SF Chronicle)? Not sure but I’m also not a huge fan of buffalo chicken wings/legs(I’d rather have them boneless and with a spicy thai sauce or something). But gotta give this to the wings: they had hearty hearty flavor(a LOT of buffalo sauce) and were decently crispy on the outside instead of soggy. Ambiance was fun(NBA game between Hawks and Cavaliers tonight) with people rooting loudly and with others playing card games in the seating area out back. Also drinks and food are on the cheap side. Solid 4 star as a sports bar.

I give Kezar Pub a solid, confident 3. A-OK is accurate. This is a good spot to come with a big group(like a sports team post-game, or a gathering to watch a particular game/sport on tv). The back room has a few long bench tables, and all have TVs. You can get large, shared pitchers and big ‘ol plates of wings. The price isn’t bad, and the food is solid as far as bar food goes. I do appreciate how the wings have just the right level of spiciness, and the fact that the waitress actually brings you enough napkins to go with them, which is rare. Our service overall was pretty good, we were offered/served drinks promptly and the waitress brought out a pitcher of water for us to fill our own glasses — definitely the best for a large group. I did notice other tables with different servers who didn’t necessarily have as good of an attitude or demeanor as ours — I overheard one waiter yelling at a patron for under-tipping him(which, granted, is a dick move but…). The bathroom situation here is a little awkward in terms of placement, but overall fine. I do like that Kezar is walking distance from GG Park and The Haight, and not a bad location for Lyft drop-offs or pick-ups either. I won’t be coming here on any dates or ordering any take-out dinners, but for nights when I want to relax, grab some nachos and watch my team play — it’s in contention for sure.

The food here is surprisingly good. Always a fan of the wings and nachos. Service can bit hit or miss depending on what game is happening and how slammed it is there. It seems like they are always trying their best. Its actually a mellow place to get dinner and watch a game on some weekday-non-playoff nights. They’ve got a new thing where you can stream the game audio to your phone via an app — this is actually pretty great because I can finally hear the play-calling when in a noisy bar.

The service is sub par and the restaurant clearly has a high turnover on the wait staff. The food is great and reasonably priced with good happy hour options.

There are plenty of screens to watch any main game that is on. Great bar food! Ordered buffalo wings and calamari! One drink and one water to share. Tried ordering root beer float but they didn’t have root beer. D: SADDAY otherwise you can smell the sauces and it’s super strong and stings your nose! This place is less than a block away where I was staying at. Very niceeeeeeeeee considering it just happened to be windy outside.

Great burger, good wings, and excellent nachos. BBQ Sauce had to much cumin. The blue cheese and ranch were so bad I had to dip my wings in ketchup. Would have given a four star but the server was horrible, had a «I don’t wanna be here» attitude.
