Difficult to get an appointment. You really have to make your case sometimes before they relent. In fact, the reception staff is ready to prescribe you drugs over the phone just so you don’t come in. (Depending on your situation, this could be a good or bad thing.)
The couple of times I’ve visited the doc, he was attentive, but nothing special. He seems to have a lot of older patients, judging from the waiting room. Maybe my young 20-​something self is small beans, but still, I’d like to think I could call my PCP and get an appt ASAP if I got a problem.
So, not a great choice if you’re young and healthy and need the routine check-​up or explanation on why you wake up dizzy.
