In 2009 I needed to have a fuel oil tank removed from my building in order to refinance.
I call 3 company to get estimate of cost of removable.
one company never called back
Second came and looks, said I had a tank… I told him that I had other company coming to give me an estimate, his reply was to say just tell him what the other bid was and he would under bit it… he didn’t sound very trust worthy or sincere, I figured that he would really screw you…
The third company was L & W, Mr. George Wilson was very professional, he asked a few questions… and gave me a price for the tank removal and held to it, there were no surprise cost over runs… I was so please the way things were done… I had him do several other jobs, as he is a «General Contractor» too.

replaced the sewer line
up graded electoral service
Build a bathroom, in the old boiler room
Replace a main support wall, the had termite damage
Partial Seismic Retrofit up-​grade.
He is «MY GO TO» person; for any problems I have with my properties
