The chocolates here are amazing and Angie was very knowledgable and helpful. I recommend the clairsquares(milk chocolate with caramel on shortbread), the Kika’s Treats(bittersweet chocolate squares with puffed rice and sea salt), the salted caramel milk chocolate truffle with Hawaiian black lava sea salt and the Flapjacks crunchy toffee oat bar. The spicy yucca chips were pretty good too. They usually have samples out so you can try some thing before you buy.

I tried the chocolate-covered shortbread squares today and they are GOOD. I’m typically not a huge shortbread fan, but when covered in a large quantity of high quality, delicious chocolate, it’s pretty darn delicious. Downside — it’s $ 8 for 3 shortbread squares that are about 2.5“x2.5″ each. This seemed prohibitively pricey to me. Then again, they were quite good…

The chocolates are very tasty but their problem is not really set up for business. They cannot offer a receipt. Please support this worthwhile organization of new entrepreneurs.

On the enthusiastic recommendation of a co-worker, I tried the Claire Squares milk chocolate shortbread. The bottom was a dense, crunchy, buttery shortbread which was covered by a thick layering of creamy caramel topped with another thick layer of milk chocolate. Every single bite was an amazing mixture of textures and sweetness. You won’t want to miss a single crumb. At 3/$ 7, it’s a little steep but it supports a good local cause and these squares will make you keep going back for more.
