Business Owner
I received my degree in Nutritional Science with an emphasis in Dietetics from UC Berkeley and have been practicing in the Bay Area since 2006. For the past four years I have worked with clients interested in one-on-one nutritional counseling at the Community Health Resource Center at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC). I worked in intensive eating disorder treatment for several years, and have also worked in private practice and taught classes such as Weight Management, Cholesterol, Diabetes, and Women’s Heart Health for Marin IPA.
I am certified in adult weight management, childhood and adolescent weight management, and intuitive eating, and am a certified Reiki practitioner. I study a wide range of modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Emotional Brain Training, evidenced-based research and medical nutrition therapy, as well as Eastern nutritional philosophies to be able to cater to my clients’ needs and interests.
