Dean provides guidance to individuals seeking accommodations for disabilities in order to succeed at work. He represents employees in court when pursuing a case is the best option. Dean has experience in both the state and federal court systems, including trials and appeals.

Dean also assists employers by writing or reviewing personnel policies or employee handbooks, and answering questions about the federal, state, and local laws that apply in the workplace.
