History
Established in 1993.
Since January 1993, the Law Offices of A. Peter Rausch, Jr. has furnished skilled legal representation and counseling to selected clients throughout California and the United States. Based in Lodi, California, the firm also maintains a satellite office in San Francisco. The firm expanded to the Central Coast of California in 2005 and now has an office in Capitola, Santa Cruz County.
The Law Offices of A. Peter Rausch, Jr. handles a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes litigation as well as a variety of business transactions. This firm also covers a wide range of services, including start-up business entity selection, formation and planning; negotiating and implementing various business transactions; managing partner, employee, investor and creditor/debtor relationships; and identifying and protecting intellectual property assets.

Business Owner
Mr. Rausch graduated from the College of the Pacific, University of the Pacific with a B.A. in Philosophy in 1981, and is also a graduate of McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific where he earned his J.D. in 1986. Mr. Rausch is currently a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association, San Francisco Bar Association and the Santa Cruz County Bar Association, to name a few. Mr. Rausch also has admissions with prestigious Courts in California and other various states.
Mr. Rausch is trained as a small claims court judge pro tem with the San Joaquin County Superior Court and periodically presides over the Court’s small claims calendar. He also serves on the San Joaquin County Superior Court Judicial Arbitration Panel and conducts arbitrations in the Court’s ADR program. He has been retained privately by parties to conduct mediations and binding arbitrations of civil disputes as well.
