Business Owner

Chang grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii and first moved to the Bay Area in the 1990’s. He graduated from Capuchino High School in San Bruno, California in 1999 and attended the University of California, Berkeley as a National Merit Scholar.

At Cal, Chang studied information technology and society and graduated with high honors in interdisciplinary studies.

Chang earned his law degree from Northwestern University’s School of Law, where he was also named to the Dean’s List and noted for his community service.

Since graduating and moving out to California in 2007, Chang has practiced non-​profit law and corporate law in-​house, and civil litigation as a solo practitioner.
