I contacted Jeremy about a wrongful termination issue. He called me back that same day, and asked a bunch of questions. He said he was definitely interested in meeting with me to talk further. From the first meeting, I really liked him. He *IS* blunt, but in a great «person-​to-​person» sort of way. I felt like I was having ananimated conversation with a friend. Yes, as other reviwers have noted, he does talk in layman’s terms, and explains legal concepts. And, also as others have noted, he does respond quickly.
Jeremy did represent me for several months, and his staff went through hundreds of pages of notes that I had given him, and he pieced together all of the things that we needed to prove to win my case. He made efforts toward meeting these concepts, but was stuck at a certain point. He told me that he was unable to represent me further, even though he believed that I had been wrongfully terminated. He said that he did not believe that, because a governmental agency did not resond positively to a Freedom of Information Act request, he could prove a critical point without a willing witness. He said that he was willing to provide me with some other attorneys’ names who might be willing to represent me, but I declined. As I said, I think that the man is a legal genius. If he didn’t think the case was going to win, I didn’t see how any other attorney was going to win it.
