Mr. Vannucci is an exceptional lawyer and the best. He kept us updated throughout the process of our case, he returned our calls promptly, and more importantly he defended our rights. Our insurance tried not to pay us for our stolen SUV and discriminated against us because we are immigrants. Mr Vannucci not only got the insurance to pay for the SUV, he made them pay for discriminating against us. I would recommend Mr. Vannucci to anyone because he is simply the best.

Mr. Vannucci and staff (namely Mr. Karu) provided my mother with exceptional representation. My wife Linda and I were rear-​ended in April 2010 while stopped in the S-​curve while headed westbound on the SF-​Oakland Bay Bridge. (The out-​of-​town driver was literally not looking where he was going in his Porsche 911S Carrera.)
Linda was driving and she suffered serious work-​compromising injuries to her left arm and shoulder. (We are technical marketing writers.) When the other driver’s insurance company (Sentry Insurance, –5 stars) failed to acknowledge the seriousness of her injuries, Linda decided to hire an attorney. She asked around, and John Fitzpatrick Vannucci was highly recommended by a church friend of ours, also n attorney, who had been a colleague of his.
After over a year of medical treatments – including non-​invasive surgery and physical therapy – Linda recovered enough to be able to work again but Sentry Insurance (A BAD OUTFIT) tried almost every trick in the book to avoid paying minimal damage and to wear us down: we finally settled the case during mediation early in 2013. (On top of that, Sentry delayed payment far beyond the promised settlement date despite John’s several followup calls after they were weeks late.)
John Fitzpatrick Vannucci earned his fees leading up to and during the disposition and mediation sessions, although we usually had to initiate contact with his office if we needed assistance or information. (More frequent client followup would have helped us feel better, but we never lacked assistance when/​if we needed it.)
John Fitzpatrick Vannucci and his assistant, Rex Karu, are personable, friendly, straightforward, and helpful. We received capable assistance once we made contact with them, and I suspect that many of the delays were caused by the other driver’s terrible insurance company, Sentry, which never missed an opportunity to make a just settlement harder to come by for us.
I would be embarrassed to have Sentry Insurance, an unfair and small-​minded company, represent me. But as long as insurance companies like Sentry are around, we will continue to need good personal injury lawyers like John Patrick Vannucci to go after them on our behalf.
Transportation tip: if you visit John Patrick Vannucci’s downtown-​SF offices, take BART or MUNI to the Montgomery Street BART station and walk the short distance to 100 Montgomery Street. His office is just moments from Market Street on foot.
