I was rear-​ended while driving and sustained a pretty severe concussion. This is my second review for Ms. Gomerman, along with her associate, Ms. Arcolina Panto based on their absolutely outstanding handling of a second legal matter for our family. The final ruling for our case has not yet been issued, but as a client, I do feel that I have been very well served by their law firm, and I owe them my gratitude no matter how our case is decided.
In addition to bringing in a highly knowledgeable and capable team, they have also operated in an extremely ethical manner. This is very important to my wife and me, based on our personal beliefs. Far too many law firms, including the large, international corporate firm retained by the respondent for defense, use dirty tricks to confuse witnesses, distort evidence and try to pull a fast one on inattentive judges. Ms. Gomerman and Ms. Panto have operated strictly based on truth, facts and the Law. I feel like I can hold my head up high, knowing that working with them, I have also operated in a manner that I can be proud of.
If you find yourself in a dispute with an employer, you are likely to be offered a small sum of money, to waive your right to litigation. Deep down, you might believe that the employer is right, and in that case, accept the payment and move on. However, if you believe that you really were treated in an unfair or unethical manner, I would urge you to speak to Ms. Gomerman’s team, before giving the employer a free pass. If they treat you improperly, and you do nothing to object, that is just an invitation for them to hurt other people. In some cases, you may be right from an ethical standpoint, but may lack the legal basis for a case. Ms. Gomerman is very capable of making that determination. If she does accept your case, you can be confident that it is not frivolous, and you will be very well represented in court. Tanya and Arcolina rock!

A year ago, I sought the help of Tanya regarding a wage and labor (plus wrongful termination) dispute against an independently owned small-​business. I knew even before I picked up the phone that this was not going to be a fun venture for any lawyer who was willing to take the case. Aside from the extremely satisfactory conclusion to my case, I can honestly say that in the year long span it took to complete, Tanya was wonderful to work with. She was there to answer any questions throughout the process and has this charming personality that really lets you know that you’re in good hands. Any professional can be nice, kind and caring in their practice. I wanted someone who not only possessed those traits but could also be pragmatic, confident, and strategic on my behalf.

I chose Tanya to represent me in a personal injury case, after I was hit by a car while riding my bike. I met her in her office and thereafter we communicated via phone or email. The case was pretty straightforward as the car driver was clearly at fault, and was DUI as well. Luckily I was not injured too badly although I sustained a tendon injury that will probably never heal correctly.
