History

Established in 1994.

This typical french bistro has been serving traditional french food for a reasonable price.

Thierry Clement, chef and owner of L’Ardoise Bistro is now the executive chef also of Le Charm and serves some of the same dishes at both places, including the Tiger Prawn Ravioli with Sauce Vierge and Fresh Herbs.

After graduating from the culinary academy, Lina Staged in a couple of nice San Francisco restaurant.

Then, she moved to France for a year and half and worked in a one star Michelin in Paris, and a three stars michelin restaurant in the south of France.

Back in San Francisco, she opened Le Charm Bistro in 1994.

She married in 2011 long time boyfriend Thierry Clement, owner and chef of L’Ardoise Bistro.
